I have been using the service dept for the last 15 years, with multiple vehice. They have always done a great job in a timely manner, I would recommend them to anyone

They were selling a "Certified" low mileage suburban. I brought a body shop person with me to inspect the truck. As it turned out it had been hit on the rear drivers side door area. Carfax showed minor damage to the rear of the truck. The salesman was literally speechless when we confronted him with the inspection results.

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.

Marco was a great help. He took care of my problem quickly, and didn’t try to pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need. I’ll be back when I purchase my next vehicle.

On 12/7/08 My wifes Suburban broke down in Yoakum while visiting her mother in the hospital, My brother-in-law had Cooper Cheverolet pick it up and was told the fuel pump was bad 400.00 to repair, they then called back and was told it need a wiring harness another 400.00 we told them to put the parts in a box and we would pick it up but they charged 190.00 to put it back together, it was brought back to my regular mechanic and repaired by replacing a 20.00 harness and labor totaling 192.00, he said there was nothing wrong with the fiel pump. I called a dealer in Houston and was told a new fuel pump comes with a wiring harness

The owners are wonderful people! They are always friendly,kind, and very trustworthy! I have total trust in them!! Their sales people are the same way. Michael and Amy Cutshaw make you feel at home when you come there! The service department is just as great!!! Dale and Jessie run that service department with superior skills! They know their job and can get you an answer quickly!

While visiting service dept for 2009 impala, I spotted the car of my dreams, a 2019 Cajun red LT. Met Debora Brakebill and the fun began. About 2 wks later I was the proud owner and took delivery on Aug.3rd, I was not aware that Jimmy Williams was now at Demontron, Good choice guys, We have purchased 3 vehicles from him with wonderful results. Service Dept. seems incompetent. They might be able to change your oil or rotate tires. If something complicated, forget it. Kept old Ford car for 4 days, couldn't figure out problem, but just tried different stuff, hit or miss, charging big $$$ along the way for every little thing they did. And they accomplished nothing. Finally, on 5th day, we got car back, still broken. Will take somewhere else. Never here again. Fool me once, etc.

The company closed and I had bought a brand new car at the Pittsburg Faulkner. Have been unsuccessful on getting in touch with any of the employees and no numbers to be reached at for their service. No letter sent out or any call to let me know they were closing. I’m now trying to file a complaint with proof of paperwork and services to my vehicle.

This was a special visit....me & the manager walked out to my car to get my insurance papers , and I heard a faint meow & sure enough there was a kitten stuck in the radiator of the car next to me... Everyone did an excellent job of rescuing that kitten for me..they ended up having to disassemble the whole front end of that car..they all need an award for the' guys with a heart' ...These are the kinda things Noone hears about...Unfortunately.. .. Well, I will never forget it & I appreciate & applaud the staff & service department, & of course the manager that made it all happen. Thank you, By the way his name is Fiesta (kitten) & he's doing great..I'll bring him in for a visit soon..thanks again, Bobbi
