We were passing through Denison, TX headed home to NW AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile from this dealership. From the hotel the next morning, I called the dealership and was connected with Doug. After describing our dilemma, he assured me that they would work it in and would do everything possible to get us going ASAP.
We "limped" to the dealership and was greeted by Doug and Billy quickly checked it in and took it back to the Service Bays where Tanner got right on it. Everyone there was not only professional, but they were genuinely concerned and very helpful. They came back with a diagnosis of failed fuel pressure sensor, along with a lot of other codes. Tanner felt confident that the other codes were thrown as a result of the pressure sensor failure. At lunch time, they offered to take us to get lunch. Jeri took us to IHOP and after enjoying a relaxing lunch, she came back and picked us up. The truck was ready within another hour and we were on our way. The truck has been operating properly since.
I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good old-fashioned, but top of the line professional service on their vehicle. We both wish we were closer to this dealership. We will very much consider buying our next vehicle here, thanks to the genuine care the Service Department provided. Please extend our sincere gratitude to these folks, as they did go out of their way to make us comfortable during this process. Kudos to all for going above and beyond!!
