Service department is the worst, zero communication. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday, advisor Jake said he will call me back before the day ends. Jake never called back, I called him on Monday and left a message with Gaby. Jake didn't return my call. I called back Tuesday, couldn't get a hold of Jake. Receptionist Gaby said Jake was busy, left my contact information. Jake didn't return our call, called back and finally got a hold of Jake. He said the service truck that brings in the parts, broke down and service will be delayed for days. 2 hours later, we received a call from Desiree, she said that our vehicle was ready. We called Jake back to determine if our vehicle is ready or not, Jake said it's ready but Mission could not fix the issue. We asked to speak to a Supervisor (Matthew) or a Manager, we were told that no one was available and they are off for the week.
