Will Lewis, General Sales Manager at James Wood Cadillac … and all that support him are nothing short of SUPERSTARS!!!! I wish I could rate Will a 1000. I bought a new Cadillac from James Wood a few months back. I was having a supply chain order issuefrom Cadillac, trying to get parts for a repair. Will stood by me the entire time, made sure I was not without a car to drive and I honestly felt like he cared, along with my sales person Rossie Sewell and the service manager, Brandon. My car is back with me, running better than ever. Love Love that I bought from James Wood Cadillac ! Feel confident that if you go there for your vehicle needs, you will be taken care of !! My experience with the service department specifically, has been good until my vehicle broke down 500 miles from home. I attempted to call Dylan (my service advisor), yet I was not able to reach him after several attempts, voicemails, etc. I went so far as to ask the receptionist to place a handwritten note on his desk letting him know it was me and what my issue was. Sure, I could have asked for whomever was available, but I've been relying on this guy for years when it come to my vehicle. Bottom line is, DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF YOURE VEHICLE HAS PUT YOU DOWN.

Total Disatisfaction GM and dealer - edannhaus

Purchased A 2500 hd truck in April. First trip transmission cooler was plugged by Mayflies (love bugs) Complained to the Owner in Law (Darrel) and he promised the problem would be brought to a quick resolution with GM . Never heard from him again. November the steering became very loose . Took it to Laroche and they fixed the problem . Turns out GM had issued a bulletin to correct the problem. The dealer Laroche and General motors did not notify me or anyone of the safety issue. Today my battery went dead and I charged the battery to take the truck into Laroche to save them from having to two me in. They tested the battery and said it was rechargeable so no replacement. No more GM Chevrolet and laroche for me. I am so upset with them I am moving my church Membership to another congregation. (The Pews are full of Laroch people)

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know. At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride! Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel! I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others. Stay away from this place. I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department. Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.

I appreciate Tanner for being very courteous,polite,and very fast!!! I took my '92 Mazda truck to him this morning because when I made sharp turns, the steering wheel squealed loudly. He told me to start it and turn the wheel all the way to either side., It did the squeal and he said immediately "I'll be right back with my wrench". He got his wrench and within 5 seconds he had my steering belt tightened. All for FREE!!!!! Thank you for your services Tanner!!!
