I made an appointment with the service department to look at my wife’s convertible Camaro because the top would not complete the cycle and latch. I had found a service bulletin on the exact issue. I dropped the car off on Tuesday at1 pm and they proceeded to park it and not even look at it until Friday morning..the service advisor called me Friday morning to say they were looking at it. And she told she should know something by that afternoon. So I called about 4 pm and all she could tell me was they’re working on it. They are open on Saturday till 2 pm. So I called at 1145 and left messages,with no response. So I called the main number and the young lady looked to see who was working and transferred me to his extension so I left him a message,still no response. So at 145 pm I called the main number and she sent me to the manager and I left him a message. So Monday morning I called at 9am left messages for 2 different advisors with no response. So I left the manager another message with still no response. I finally got ahold of an advisor by calling back not because they retuned a call. Again all she could tell me was they’re working on it. I have used Jerry’s service for 10 years or longer and have never had an issue until now. They have lost my entire family’s business including all my kids and even the in laws. They will never touch another vehicle of mine.

Had 1 bad visit. But, they have went above and beyond to make things right. I am very pleased with the end results and will definitely use them in the future, if need be. Thank you!

Total Disatisfaction GM and dealer - edannhaus

Purchased A 2500 hd truck in April. First trip transmission cooler was plugged by Mayflies (love bugs) Complained to the Owner in Law (Darrel) and he promised the problem would be brought to a quick resolution with GM . Never heard from him again. November the steering became very loose . Took it to Laroche and they fixed the problem . Turns out GM had issued a bulletin to correct the problem. The dealer Laroche and General motors did not notify me or anyone of the safety issue. Today my battery went dead and I charged the battery to take the truck into Laroche to save them from having to two me in. They tested the battery and said it was rechargeable so no replacement. No more GM Chevrolet and laroche for me. I am so upset with them I am moving my church Membership to another congregation. (The Pews are full of Laroch people)

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know. At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride! Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel! I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others. Stay away from this place. I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department. Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.
