We were passing through Denison, TX headed home to NW AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile from this dealership. From the hotel the next morning, I called the dealership and was connected with Doug. After describing our dilemma, he assured me that they would work it in and would do everything possible to get us going ASAP. We "limped" to the dealership and was greeted by Doug and Billy quickly checked it in and took it back to the Service Bays where Tanner got right on it. Everyone there was not only professional, but they were genuinely concerned and very helpful. They came back with a diagnosis of failed fuel pressure sensor, along with a lot of other codes. Tanner felt confident that the other codes were thrown as a result of the pressure sensor failure. At lunch time, they offered to take us to get lunch. Jeri took us to IHOP and after enjoying a relaxing lunch, she came back and picked us up. The truck was ready within another hour and we were on our way. The truck has been operating properly since. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good old-fashioned, but top of the line professional service on their vehicle. We both wish we were closer to this dealership. We will very much consider buying our next vehicle here, thanks to the genuine care the Service Department provided. Please extend our sincere gratitude to these folks, as they did go out of their way to make us comfortable during this process. Kudos to all for going above and beyond!! Ken W.

I would not recommend this dealership if it was the last one on earth. We were in Victoria in February and my car broke down. We used Cadillac's courtesy service to have my car towed to Victoria Atzenhoffer. They towed my car back to me in Rowlett Texas. During the time the car was picked up and delivered back to me there were scratches put on my car that were not there when they took possession of my vehicle. They first told us to get an estimate on the damage and send it to them. Once they received the estimate they declined saying there is no proof that the damage occurred in their possession. Asked us if we contacted the towing company that was contracted by THEM. The dealership that I deal with in Frisco is in disbelief for the way that we have been treated. Atzenhoffer Chevrolet your service stinks! My father used to purchase all of his vehicles from them when he was alive. He would be livid.

The Check Engine light in my Cadillac went on when I was visiting the area from out of town - the day after Thanksgiving and the day before I had to leave. The Service Department fit me in and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Very grateful they were able to do that. I didn't miss a meal with my family and I didn't have to worry about what would happen driving home with the Check Engine light on. Icing on the cake was that the work was covered under warranty (i.e. no charge). Appreciate their honesty as well as service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Bayway Cadillac Southwest in Houston, TX, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially took my vehicle in for an electrical issue, and while it was “fixed” the first time, the same issue reoccurred just a month later. On my second visit, I was told the issue was the same and to bring the car back when the part arrived. However, during this visit, I discovered that my DVD player was broken, a piece of the wood trim was damaged, and my engine even shut off unexpectedly. I returned the car a third time, this time for a radio replacement, which I was assured was not the cause of the issue. The dealership then kept my car from September 6th to October 23rd. Two weeks after dropping it off, they called to say the issue was the radio, and it was supposedly fixed. However, upon arriving to pick up the car—a 1.5-hour drive—I found they had documented the wrong issue entirely (claiming I hit a bump and the radio turned off instead of the engine shutting off). Frustrated, I left the car with them. When I finally picked it up on October 23rd, they informed me they had driven 25 miles in the car but couldn’t replicate the issue, so they didn’t know how to resolve it. They also admitted to “forgetting to plug a wire back in” for the DVD player. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed five to six additional broken pieces of wood trim around the dashboard, a misaligned center console, damage to the exterior paint, and the DVD player still not functioning. I reached out to the dealership’s manager and contacted Cadillac corporate, but neither has responded. This experience has been beyond disappointing. I would strongly advise against purchasing a Cadillac or doing business with Bayway Cadillac Southwest. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is appalling.

I was traveling to Austin, and my 2007 Saturn ion, had failed to shift into high gear. After they had looked at it, I was told it would cost 500.00 to 600.00. When to pick it up, over 900.00. The had my cell, should have called me, if it was going to be more than I was quoted. Was told it would have cost no more than 500.00 at the chev. Dealership in Plainview.
