Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in - pointblanktexasstorage

Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73. Thankyou Tyler and thank you Classic for service above and beyond.

I brought my 2021 GMC Sierra in on a Tuesday (no appointment) with a blown engine and had it back the same week with a new motor. Not only was this service done in a very timely manner, my service consultant (Jasmine Garcia) was very professional and called me multiple times to keep me informed during the process. Sewell gained a customer for life I can tell you that.

Once again, Juan in service is excellent. I really appreciate his work in helping me get the issue with my vehicle fixed. We came originally at the end of January, and the issue couldn’t be replicated. The issue came back (this time with the service engine soon light) and I called Juan, who tried to get me in same day - but I had a scheduling conflict. We got in on a Friday and had the car back by Monday afternoon - unheard of for a repair like this, at least in my experience. Some people with the same vehicle had their vehicle at the dealership for weeks for this issue. Big thanks to the mechanics/technicians that worked on my vehicle, too. I really appreciate you guys.
