My service situation was probably the most extreme and frustrating imaginable. Unbeknownst to me, the original selling dealership had installed an aftermarket anti-theft device when the car was purchased new. This necessitated a lengthy and involved troubleshooting process. It took a rep from GM to find the troublesome device. The whole process took months. The dealership demonstrated extraordinary persistence and took complete care of me along the way. It was their desire to resolve the issue, regardless of the difficulties involved, that was beyond my wildest expectations. I have never been so impressed by any company as I am with Don Hewlett. Thanks to them, I now have my dream car running properly and will enjoy it for many years to come. They have earned my lifetime loyalty and business.
