The service advisor was super!!! My car got taken care of quickly. Some things need fixing or correction...for example..the waiting room has one TV that is not working...restrooms were closed....no TV remote available....the computers in the customer area (all 3) were not working....

I've owned BMW's for years from Memphis to Arlington, and this dealership is phenomenal. Customer service is outstanding explicitly Sovann Vun. She is amazing and her courtesy and professionalism is a 10 out of 10. The Technicians are amazing, and very thorough. I always appreciate the video they provide of my cars inspections when being serviced and the professionalism that comes along with it. I recommend this dealership if you are in the market for exceptional vehicles.

Worry free, no time wasted and extremely pleasant while being helpful: I don't even worry about my car anymore because I know that should something go wrong I can count on FRANK at parts and services to fix it. They know my time is valuable so Frank always makes sure the problem is resolved in a timely manner so I don't have to take time off of work. The best part is that they will pick up my car wherever it is and either lend me a car or pick/drop me off where I need to be. I honestly love that about my dealer. They are very AVAILABLE.

Replace rearview mirror - Voltowner

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
