I called ahead to schedule service, listed everything I needed done, and was quoted it would take 1-1.5 hours. Upon arrival, talking to a tech, he said it would be around 3 hours. This is a big difference for someone getting their car serviced in the middle of the day. Also, the tech was abnormally friendly and overly talkative. I initially appreciated his kind demeanor but he spent over 10 minutes checking me in, and most of the conversation was chit chat (he asked me how I was doing at least 4 times). Check out was the same. He asked where I was going for lunch, and more. I just wanted to get in and out in a timely manner.

I have a new Audi Q6. - Car

I have a new Audi Q6. Great car but it is a brand new model so a couple of software glitches were to be expected. After much research I was still unable to get my phone to work as a digital key. I called service and was connected with Tajim Smith who is an Audi Product Technologist. He worked with me and determined he needed to open a support request with Audi USA. That reply came back in a couple of days and Tajim followed through with the fix. There are a lot of people on Reddit AudiQ6 who are glad Tajim got it done because they have applied the same procedures to successfully get through the process now. Tajim is a personable, skilled and confident young man. I am happy to recommend him.

Audi North Austin is at the top of the list for me when it comes to service experiences at a dealership. Leo and his team (I worked with Eddie this time) provide top tier customer service, great communication, and transparent pricing to their customers. Each time I have gone in to see Leo and his team they have taken care of me better then I could have expected. I will be buying my Audi's from North Austin Audi moving forward, and will not take my car for service any other place!

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
