Made an appt.10 days prior,went in on time and got signed in. About 30 min.later the owner of the dealeship came and told me they wouldn't be getting to my truck today,I asked why since I had an appt.and he told me he wasnt putting me in front of his customers since I hadn't bought the truck from him,I asked for the nearest GMC dealers phone number in Corsicana,he then rudely told me "it's in the phone book,go look it up" and walked off.This man is the rudest a**hole I have ever met to be the owner of a dealership. I then called a friend and got the number to the other dealer on my own. The service consultant at Carl Whites in Corsicana told me to come on up and they would take care of me. I drove straight up there and they took me in and diagnosed my problem,ordered the parts and made a next day appt.to install the parts.I am fixing to be on my way up there shortly.Hmmm,this dealer cares enough to work someone in for warranty work two days in a row and is a LOT busier than CenTex was. As an added note,an ex service tech from Centex told me the owner used to tell his employees he doesn't want service/warranty work,all he is interested in is selling new vehicles. SO,beware if you are thinking of buying a vehicle or getting a vehicle in his service dept for warranty work,if you dont believe me just call and ask for Mr Goswick and try to get in to get service if you didnt buy it there and see how rude he is to you......

They were selling a "Certified" low mileage suburban. I brought a body shop person with me to inspect the truck. As it turned out it had been hit on the rear drivers side door area. Carfax showed minor damage to the rear of the truck. The salesman was literally speechless when we confronted him with the inspection results.

Over the last 8 years that I have been going to Hiley Acura I have been very impressed. My last visit in the service department, they are always prompt, very polite and help however they can. Thanks to Alberto he always answers my questions and gets my car serviced and gets me going. I feel they put 100% to their efforts.

I had a great experience buying my vehicle. I would give 5 stars for that. However, I have tried contacting this dealership daily for 10 days now about my plates that still are not in and I have been driving around with expired tags. I just wanted to see what the status was of the plates and if I can get new tags with a new expiration date. I have left many messages, sent emails, used the chat feature on the website which I was ensured someone would contact me, and spoke to the young lady that answers the phone and she did not even know who else to connect me with. Very horrible customer service. If I get a ticket for expired tags I will not be happy!
