I dropped my car off Tuesday to have some work done on it, and I did not ask for a specific service advisor, I just chose the one that was given to me. I was fortunate enough to have Taylor Jones as my service advisor. He went above and beyond working with my extended warranty company to see if the work that needed to be done could be covered. Although they did not cover the cost of the work, Taylor was able to give me great information on what was covered under my contract. He explained everything very well and I will definitely choose Taylor again.
