From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.

I was in and out both upon vehicle drop off and pick up, even when they seemed very busy still took the time to make me feel appreciated. Would highly recommend the service even though I bought the car from another dealership in town and had since moved.
