Buying a car was something I dreaded, in fact put it off for 13 years! My husband and I walked into Avondale on Lemmon Avenue on Monday and were greeted by Azzam. I/we found him to be personable, very attentive, and well informed. He went out of his way to show us a car located across Dallas at the service center. At no time did we ever feel rushed or pressured. By Wednesday morning I was driving away in a new to me Mercedes. Azzam, thank you so much for your guidance with this transaction.

The service advisor, Lupita Garcia, was professional and understanding. Excellent customer service from her. The porter, Joe, that gave me a ride home was excellent and friendly. And drove very safely. But, I had an appointment for a diagnostic on my vehicle. It took 5 days, from Monday morning thru Friday afternoon. Not at all happy with the technicians.
