Researched a few Kia dealers in the area, chose Fort Bend. We needed to help my brother in law purchase a car while I was in town for the holidays. I messaged Raymond the BDC manager and he set me up with Joshua when I got there. He showed us 2 cars and we chose one, got us a great price on the trade, honestly more than we expected, and we finalized the paperwork with Luis, who got us a great deal on the extended warranty. My brother in law didn’t want to buy a car, but did need one, and we definitely got a pretty good deal and a set up on his old Kia Soul. I would highly recommend Raymond, Joshua, and Luis.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Great location in Mesquite. It’s a little hard getting to due to the construction but besides that they have a very large selection of Kia vehicles to choose from. My salesman was Jerry Tonubbee (214-537-9618). He was great start to finish. He answered all of my questions and he if he wasn’t sure he got right back with me on it. I got the Kia Sorento SX Prestige and it has everything that I want on the car. Jerry went over the car with me to make sure that I understood what o was working with and the experience overall was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon who quickly analyzed my issue and repaired it on my 2016 Sorento. While travelling to Abilene from Houston for a funeral, we hit a big pothole about halfway into the trip. At first, everything seemed OK, but from time to time we would hear a strange noise up front. Turns out that the plastic air deflector/oil pan guard had been damaged and was hanging down. That guard would hit the road when the car dipped from time to time. Brandon got right under the front of car and secured the guard so it would not drag anymore. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes which really meant a lot when you're from out of town attending a funeral. THANK YOU Brandon and Dillon!

But George in service down at Kia literally treats me like a family member every time i see him or I bother him with many calls!! I’ve been a loyal customer of Central Kia of Plano for years, having purchased my last two vehicles here and getting all my service done as well. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Without any prior notice, they now charge a 3% fee for using credit cards, and they failed to inform me of this until after my service was completed. I understand that businesses need to make money, but accepting credit cards should be a basic cost of doing business, not something passed on to customers. I feel like I’m being nickeled and dimed, and I refuse to support any company that operates this way. Very disappointed in how this was handled, and I won’t be returning.
