I drove 2 hours to this dealer because they had a couple of Sorentos I was interested in. I was not looking forward to the typical back and forth haggling over price. I went prepared and knew what the trade in value was for my car. The folks there really listened to me and in a short period of time, BOOM, I’m driving home in a new Sorento. Over the course of the next few days, I had a couple of questions so I texted my sales person Megan. She was quick to respond which tells me they care about and want my business. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely recommend them!

Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Eric in finance was very efficient and very personable, and the parts and service department is, literally and figuratively, a well oiled machine as a whole with a great leader! I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing!
