Researched a few Kia dealers in the area, chose Fort Bend. We needed to help my brother in law purchase a car while I was in town for the holidays. I messaged Raymond the BDC manager and he set me up with Joshua when I got there. He showed us 2 cars and we chose one, got us a great price on the trade, honestly more than we expected, and we finalized the paperwork with Luis, who got us a great deal on the extended warranty. My brother in law didn’t want to buy a car, but did need one, and we definitely got a pretty good deal and a set up on his old Kia Soul. I would highly recommend Raymond, Joshua, and Luis.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Eric in finance was very efficient and very personable, and the parts and service department is, literally and figuratively, a well oiled machine as a whole with a great leader! Tyler, leading the parts and service department, was very helpful when I had questions regarding services included within my purchase, and took the time to explain everything in depth to my level of understanding. They’re doing an amazing job from what I’ve seen thus far! Will definitely continue to utilize this dealership for not only service on my recently purchased K5, but also for future purchases as well. Great location in Mesquite. It’s a little hard getting to due to the construction but besides that they have a very large selection of Kia vehicles to choose from. My salesman was Jerry Tonubbee (214-537-9618). He was great start to finish. He answered all of my questions and he if he wasn’t sure he got right back with me on it. I got the Kia Sorento SX Prestige and it has everything that I want on the car. Jerry went over the car with me to make sure that I understood what o was working with and the experience overall was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location

From the first experience with the service dept until now I am not satisfied. I left my new Telluride for an oil change on Sept. 28,2024, and my car was hit on your congested parking lot. The service manager told me they're not responsible for accidents on the property and not once apologized. Although they did repair the damage, I am highly disappointed with the service dept. I was also told that the camera did not catch how my SUV was damaged. Had I known that service was so rude and uncaring I would have never purchased from Dennis Eakin.

Worst service experience EVER! Dropped my car off for a recall issue on a Monday, never heard a word from my service advisor until Thursday when a text was sent to my relative (designated contact) to notify the parts were in (parts we were never told about) and then after my relative contacted them on Friday they said the car would be done that afternoon. I went to pick up the car, again never spoke to my service advisor, drove my car home. Two days later I get emails that my car had been transferred to service....and then one about pending issues they had identified. I already had the car home. No communication NONE! They did replace a part, under extended warranty, but I think only because my relative had to convince them. Now I have another issue that will require going to a dealer and there don't appear to be any local service centers with good reviews. UGH!

I was looking at the K5 and he showed me the EX trim that they had and I was sold after sitting in the car for 3 minutes. The rest of the process was very smooth. Joon made sure to give me the best rate possible as well as the best service. Highly recommend seeing Joon for your next car!
