We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas. I found the truck we bought on ebay from this seller but i think they go by Gulf Coast Chevy now but the address is for this dealer off google maps. May be a name change. Anyways after working through ebay with Todd Baker We did a surprise drop in since it was close to where we live. After taking a test drive we came back and made a deal that we just could not let go. While we waited for finance to go through we decided to leave the dealer to go to Lake Jackson. I think they were worried we would not come back but they did not chase us down or try to keep us there (unlike some dealers i know). They called us while the wife and I were eating lunch and gave us the scoop and we told them done deal we will be back shortly. Long story short this was the best and least hassle free buying experience we have had yet buying a vehicle. Everyone was was great to work with. If you check them out ask for Todd and tell him the Pennington's sent you.

I purchased 3 vehicles from Gloff. My first 2 were great.... My 3rd purchase was horrible. My car was totaled by the hail storm.. Gloff did not have the vehicle I wanted so was told to find one and they would handle the rest. Two months later I found out the car they delivered to me had frame damage and had been stolen which was all listed on the VPN nbr. I take some fault since I did not run a car fax however I trusted Gloff to handle everything since they were my Car guys. They charged me 1695.00 to fix the frame which was not fixed correctly. I have been thru 2 sets of tires then was told they would charge me 54.00 to put on my license plates When I asked the owner to make it right here is his solution. I put down 3500.00 , transfer 7,000 from my loan into another loan and make payments of 350.00 for 6 years. I have all proof and paper work to back up my claims. I learned a hard lesson trusting Gloff Ford. Please do not go with what they tell you. Always do their job for them. I am now stuck with a car I gave 16,00" for that is worth roughly 5500.00.

I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.

Stay away from this place! It’s a joke the GM doesn’t care about what kind of vehicles he’s putting people in! Only cares about selling them! DONT BUY a car here. We purchased a vehicle that we have been having problems with since day 4 of purchase & I’ve called to see if they can fix it for us but refused. They will fix it but I have to pay for it! I even talked to the general manager that looked me in my face when I told him there had to be something they could do being as i hadn’t even had the car a full month day sorry I bought the car as is! I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, with DMV, motor vehicles, with compliance of my vehicle, and I’ve even talked to the financing company which finance my vehicle. On day 30 I finally just went and dropped off the car and said I didn’t want it. They finally then said let’s take it to the shop and figure out what’s going on with it. After that, we got a whole list of things wrong with the Cadillac converter, exhaust and bolts, possibly the O2 sensors, motor mounts, oh, and if that doesn’t fix the car, then I might need a wheel bearing or a wheel axle. The list goes on and on and on yet they still refuse to fix it or admit that they sold me a bad vehicle.

They found a fuel delivery problem that 5 previous dealers failed to diagnose.<br><br>Very thorough and took system completely apart until discovered small cracked plastic fitting. <br><br>Greg in the service department, took the time to locate the problem and effect the repairs.<br><br>Most other dealerships live and die by the diagnostic codes. "No codes then there shouldn't be a problem." We had a problem. From my personal experience, I can not recommend this dealership. My potential transaction was on a used vehicle. They had secured financing and offered a lower-than-expected trade offer. The salesperson was fine to work with, she tried to disclose any visual blemishes before I visited the dealership. The manager on duty was a poor spot on the transaction. No flexibility, very one-sided on his approach to the transaction, no wiggle room, no budging. I eventually left simply because the dealership wouldn't commit to repairing a "service suspension" light that was discovered. I found a newer car at the same price with lower miles and had a much better experience elsewhere. I will say that if I was the guy buying the 2021 GMC Denali Duramax I'm sure my experience would have been much better.
