Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC is Is one of is one of those places that you walk into first thing you’re gonna see is a smile from somebody the Next thing you’re gonna see is a very clean shop very clean showroom offices, restrooms everybody’s nicely dressed but for this area I think they’re up there at the top with their courtesy and hospitality and the sense that you’re part of the family I mean these guys heard me out try to help me as much as possible with the financing choosing the vehicle I mean, I trusted these guys so much that I let them choose a vehicle for me and I was completely satisfied with what was picked Ethan, my sales person was not pushie at all called me and asked me if I wanted to test drive something and I went up there and we test drove two vehicles listed very well but not only listened. He paid attention to detail took that over to the financing officer, and he did a wonderful job of crunching the numbers and getting with me on the warranty and letting me know everything on the contract we went over everything. Made sure all my signatures were there made sure the banks were satisfied And, ultimately made my Christmas thank you fellas!

I had a Canister Purge Valve replaced today 4/14l2023 on my 2012 Camaro 45th anniversary edition. Randal in parts and Stephanie in service were great to deal with. Hopefully that resolved my check engine light. Thanks JK. This dealership actually returned my vehicle, which has 6690 miles in 11 years, in the same perfect condition it was in when I arrived. I love my car!

Do NOT go here if you are wanting to get warranty work done. Unless you can be without your vehicle for days. I had an appointment, dropped my car off at 7 am, and 11 hours later they still hadn't even looked at my car. I will never ever go here for any work or vehicle purchases in the future

I had a great experience buying a 2013 Ram from Barrett in sales and Isaac in finance. I came from Amarillo for a better deal. Truck Town's prices are very competitive and they let me use a loaner vehicle so they could inspect my new truck to make sure it was ready to hit the road. No hassle no hard sell. Terrible experience. I have very low mileage and my instrument cluster went out on my silverado. They charged $986 to fix it on a vehicle with 33,000 miles. When asked if anything could be done on the price because all I could come up with was $750 they kept throwing in my face that they gave me a loaner vehicle which I'd have happily not taken in exchange for some kind of discount. I was told to speak to Brian when I got there to pick it up and Brian was extremely rude and condescending. As a single mother who worked hard to buy the vehicle in the first place I was saddened to find out all they could do was take $26 off. I have bought 3 chevy vehicles new and my truck will be my last. I hope that poor customer service and $462 in labor was worth the loss or a lifetime of $35,000 vehicle sales.

The Salesman Daniel was great. Kind not pushy, very knowledgeable and polite. Found the vehicle we liked the most and worked up a deal. Drove it home and had a message come up that had to do with the safety system of the vehicle. Next day took it back to Aztec for them to figure issue out. Found out vehicle had an issue with air bag and had to order one but because of the model the part was not available yet. We bought this vehicle in September 2024 after several months we finally get vehicle back and it was dirty and had stains everywhere. I’ve never had these issues with other vehicles I’ve purchased and because of this I likely would not recommend Chevrolet and after getting my vehicle in this condition after months of being in the shop I would not recommend Aztec Chevrolet.

Wanted to shop close to home but felt like they really did not want to deal. Finally received a lower offer to "seal the deal" when in actuality GM added another rebate. Price match? they were still approx. $3,000.00 too high. Recommend you do your homework and your math before you buy.

No letter sent out or any call to let me know they were closing. I’m now trying to file a complaint with proof of paperwork and services to my vehicle.
