I took my Yukon in for a problem with the brakes slipping on sudden stops. I was charged for a new battery and an alignment after they kept my vehicle 6 days. The tech said , “I couldn’t make the brake light come on because the battery voltage is too low.” I said the brake light doesn’t come on - the brakes fail. He informed me he HAD to put in a battery to figure it out. Then … no light came on - no surprise to me, it never has. I said drive it and brake suddenly; they will slip. He still couldn’t look at the physical brake pads or drive it to find an issue. $400 later (battery and alignment), AND I still have to take my car to a REAL mechanic to get the brakes fixed. Ridiculous gaslighting and overcharging. Do NOT go. Drive to Fort Worth or Weatherford.

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! I am now 74 years old and totally upside down with this unreliable car..
