Do NOT go here if you are wanting to get warranty work done. Unless you can be without your vehicle for days. I had an appointment, dropped my car off at 7 am, and 11 hours later they still hadn't even looked at my car. I will never ever go here for any work or vehicle purchases in the future

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas. I found the truck we bought on ebay from this seller but i think they go by Gulf Coast Chevy now but the address is for this dealer off google maps. May be a name change. Anyways after working through ebay with Todd Baker We did a surprise drop in since it was close to where we live. After taking a test drive we came back and made a deal that we just could not let go. While we waited for finance to go through we decided to leave the dealer to go to Lake Jackson. I think they were worried we would not come back but they did not chase us down or try to keep us there (unlike some dealers i know). They called us while the wife and I were eating lunch and gave us the scoop and we told them done deal we will be back shortly. Long story short this was the best and least hassle free buying experience we have had yet buying a vehicle. Everyone was was great to work with. If you check them out ask for Todd and tell him the Pennington's sent you.

I purchased 3 vehicles from Gloff. My first 2 were great.... My 3rd purchase was horrible. My car was totaled by the hail storm.. Gloff did not have the vehicle I wanted so was told to find one and they would handle the rest. Two months later I found out the car they delivered to me had frame damage and had been stolen which was all listed on the VPN nbr. I take some fault since I did not run a car fax however I trusted Gloff to handle everything since they were my Car guys. They charged me 1695.00 to fix the frame which was not fixed correctly. I have been thru 2 sets of tires then was told they would charge me 54.00 to put on my license plates When I asked the owner to make it right here is his solution. I put down 3500.00 , transfer 7,000 from my loan into another loan and make payments of 350.00 for 6 years. I have all proof and paper work to back up my claims. I learned a hard lesson trusting Gloff Ford. Please do not go with what they tell you. Always do their job for them. I am now stuck with a car I gave 16,00" for that is worth roughly 5500.00.
