Absolute rip off!!! Deserve zero stars!!!Not only do they continue to change the deal ( raising price from original cost after I said I would buy, because the boss said they could not sell so cheap), but they sell crap!!! My vehicle needed over $1500 worth of work within two weeks of purchase. This was transmission work, that they knew about, but did not disclose. They hide behind their "as is" sticker and try to make you sign a non arbitration form ( Don't sign!!). They are the reason used car dealers have bad reputations. Walk away from this dealership.

Nick was friendly and easy to work with. We were in and out in less than an hour - including test drive and paperwork! The deal we got was great. The car background report gave us peace of mind too as this was a car for our 17 year old high school senior. No pressure, great selection, upfront pricing and no bull. This is the place to shop. There are no guarantees with used cars so I don't understand why people give bad reviews on something that outright isn't even guaranteed? I know there's no warranty on the car we bought so if something happens outside the blatant negligence or deliberate fraud covered by lemon laws, it's not the dealership's fault. This is not a paid or fixed review. I'm a legit completely satisfied customer. Check them out. They're worth your time if you're in the market for a used car. But remember that - it's a USED car. If you don't like chances and want a warranty, buy new or get one of those aftermarket warranty coverage programs. Thanks for the great deal and beautiful car Nick!

The experience was okay and the truck was a fair price but when we got it home we found a headlight was out and that the windshield wiper fluid tank would not hold fluid if they had checked the truck at all they would have had to know about this thing and should have disclosed them. That said we know we bought it as is just buyer beware they don't seem to check for these sorts of things.

Best buying experience ever. This was my 1st online purchase. The price advertised on Cargurus was the actual price I paid...no hidden fees, no dealer fee, it was straight forward with no surprises. This is the 1st dealer I've ever found like this, it seemed to good to be true but everything was easy. The price of the car was the best deal I could find, the same car at other dealers was anywhere from $3-5K more..then comes the 1-2K fees. So after everything was worked out & it came time to ship the car, Cox & Co. Motorcar (Mark) found me a transporter for only $450 to get the car from Nashville TN to South Mills NC in just 1 day. When the car arrived I was impressed by the quality of the transporter that Mark arranged, very professional. After inspecting the car I was yet surprised again, I can tell that Cox & Co. Motorcars had the car professionally detailed and waxed along with any scratches the car may of had buffed out, this 2018 Tesla looks, feels and rides like it is Brand New! Next time I'm in the market for a used car this is the first place I'll be looking!

He has sent me threatening text messages after not removing a review about his business which described the challenges I experienced obtaining clear title on the car he sold me. He also didn't pay the delivery driver like he was supposed to which cost an additional $600 out of pocket.

We encountered many issues that we thought would have prevented us from obtaining vehicles, but they did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted. BEWARE:I purchased a Ford Focus. One of my first questions for them was if the car had a clean title. He told me it did. I had to keep calling about the title with no one calling me back. After 2 months they said the title was in. I went down to pick up the title two days later for him to say the title was not there at first then he found it. I still had to wait for the owner to come and sign off on it. Then I went down to register the vehicle only for them to tell me the bill of sale had to have their address and phone number. When the clerk called them to get this down, their answer to her was they were eating lunch. In which would be fine, however when I called myself to him- I wanted to know a time frame of when they could email it down there-he would not give me a time frame and hung up the phone. I finally got that paperwork emailed but then the clerk told me there was another problem -the vehicle had been totaled out and had a rebuilt title to it. I was told that the vehicle had a clean title from the beginning so that is why I signed off on the document. I was taking his word. The people down there are very dishonest and only want to make a buck. I would hope they change their ways. Always get something in writing with this company--they are famous for saying they have clean titles but they don't. BE CAREFUL.

First did business with Crencor in 2022. Bought a "hard to find" truck after searching entire state of TN for what I wanted. They brought one in from Texas that was exactly what I needed. Just now left the dealership today 7/14/24 and again was treated with great respect, courtesy, and walked away with yet another wonderful experience. Terrible experience was sold a total lemon. A reputable dealer would have taken the truck back as we asked then to because that they lied and misrepresented. The truck arrived with a broken steering column, missing exhaust , numerous serious warning lights etc thousands of dollars worth of repair .local Chevy dealer gave written appraisal for $1500 and I paid almost $18000, need to start a lawsuit now unless we can resolve this awful ripoff . DO NOT BUY from Ben and this dealership as they cannot be trusted we gave them very opportunity to resolve this disaster and no action was taken.

DON'T Trade in with this dealer They will steal from you and damage your credit without concern. Worst experience in Mazda purchase of several I've made by far.
