Purchasing a car for my wife to drive was a refreshingly great experience. Our salesman, Matt Jolly, was on it from start to handover. In 24 hours from first seeing the ad online from another State, we were given all the information and support we needed to make a fast, yet detailed decision to purchase. Our City Auto experience was convenient, and aimed to please without being affected or pushy. The car we purchased is 17 years old but presented to us beautifully, and was very clean. The dealership takes pride in all facets of their business and are attentive to your requirements. A full and well earned, and deserved 5 stars.

Before I found out from Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia that I would have to return the Kia Soul that we'd bought, I was having a bit of trouble operating the headrests. I realize that it makes me seem kind of stupid, but these were not the normal headrests that we are all accustomed to. My wife teaches at Motlow College, so after I dropped her off, I went to the Kia dealership in Tullahoma to ask for assistance. The employees were prompt in asking if I needed help. They didn't make fun of me for not knowing how to do something so simple. And they didn't get irritated that I was asking for their help with a car I did not buy from there. Although I will NEVER go back to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia, if I am ever in the market for a Kia again, I may just come to this dealership again and give them my business.

A new vehicle search for my father took us 600 miles away from home to Sevierville Auto Brokers. To get the vehicle we were after, we knew we had to look nationally. Luckily Sevierville Auto Brokers had listed our future GMC Terrain on the internet and it was only a phone call away. They were very understanding that we would be traveling from out of state and were willing to put a hold on the car. When we arrived a few days later, the car was exactly as described over the phone. We went for a test drive and we were driving away in a new car less than an hour later. There was no pressure at any point, very friendly service, and it was a great overall experience purchasing this vehicle. I would definitely recommend Sevierville Auto Brokers to anyone considering buying a vehicle from here. And of course, we spent the holiday weekend at nearby Dollywood! Purchased 2008 altima. Literally two day's later I relised the car was burning oil. Took to a Nissan dealership was told basically it needed a new engine. I brought this to their attention & was basically told that it was sold "as it". I have had the car a total of 5 months and I am now having to drive a rental till I can afford a new motor. TRUELy WORST EXPERIENCE OF My LIFE!!!

I drove in from Louisville Ky area. Had to drop the rental care I was driving in Murfreeboro TN. I called Tomlin Automotive Group and Chris, the salesman picked my up in about 15 Minutes. The car was out front for me to inspect, everything looked great about the car. I took for a test drive, the only issue was a rattle in the dash area. Chris got the mechanic to look at the car and fixed the problem.

I came to look at one of their vehicles. That i found on the internet after been car shopping all day. And being let down over and over. I pulled up Larry greeted me and my family, showed us the the vehicle. It was Exactly how they described it. He was very easy to work with. We were in and out with our new car in no time. I wish i would have started my search at two js automotive. It would have saved me a lot of time and headache. We love our new car and i would recommend anyone looking for a used car to go see these guys first. I even sent my sister there the next week. She and her husband also had a wonderful experience. Finding a used car in Nashville, TN is probably one of the most difficult things to do. There are plenty of used car dealers, plenty of used cars to look at, but there are too few dealers that are honest and provide adequate customer service. Luckily one of the few dealerships that does fit this mold is Burchett Ford, providing not only a great selection, but most importantly the friendliness and attentive service that ultimately led to my used car purchase.

Of course every dealer is going to tell you what they want to get in the car, but I have to admit that this guy TY was very good. I should have noticed the smell, the missing floor mats, the rust after discovering that there was a leak in the sun roof. Virtual automotive works in a virtual world, not the automotive. The review on Google was very accurate. If I had known the signs myself, and had went to several shops that aren't working with the dealerships, I would have went somewhere else. It doesn't matter if you go to a mechanic. They want to get paid and fix things, so why yes they will tell you everything checks out, only to see you come back with the problem they knew already. All in all, the only thing positive that came from this exp. is going to Heritage South where I received a great rate. Lemon...no....flood vehicle..........no doubt this was a flood vehicle. Carfax only puts things that the DMV of person wants to. They are all in the business of making money off of non-mechanics.
