I have been having both of my vehicles serviced at Burnett's Automotive since they opened. I had previously worked with Brill Burnett while he was Service Manager at Neill-Sandler Buick Pontiac GMC here in Murfreesboro. I have always been pleased with the service and communication, between Burnett's and myself. Being a single woman it is hard to find someone to trust regarding vehicle repair and he has always informed of me of repairs when needed and MOST IMPORTANTLY when NOT necessary!!! I would recommend Burnett's to anyone (especially women) in need of any automotive need, be it service or SALES..I just recently bought a used SUV from Burnett's and I LOVE IT!!!

A very well established dealership in Cookeville, Tn. I never have had a bad experience at this dealership. Salesforce is good and knowledgeable, but their service is what sells the dealership. Service is open late on Thursday and open Saturday morning. The dealership also provides free oil changes for life, with purchase of a new vehicle, which is a big selling point. Scheduling service is not a problem, and I had one emergency that they took care of the same day.
