Hannah is the best advisor I have ever worked with. I know when I walk through those doors every single time that I will be taken care of. Hannah always communicates and lets me know what's going on and keep me updated daily when my jeep is in the shop. Probably would have sold my jeep a long time ago if it wasn't for the wonderful experience I have working with her! Best service advisor ever. If my opinion matters I think she deserves a big fat raise!

We have had an overall good experience at Darrell Waltrip. We purchased a 2023 Yukon Denali XL in December and have had problems with all the technology (Google Asst., CarPlay, etc). We took it to be fixed and they did a system update and told us they ordered a new OnStar Module to repair the WiFi issue but it is on back order with no ETA. The reason for only a 4 star review is that there is no one there who is trained enough to teach us how to correctly use all the technology the vehicle has to offer. This is frustrating that we spent SO much money on a car that has all these features to only be left frustrated trying to figure it all out on our own. I really feel that they are missing it by not have someone trained in this area as it would be a really great customer service.
