I brought my 2014 Crosstrek in for routine maintenance and other servicing in March 2024. All of their staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. More specifically, Falicha N dealt with my service needs, and she was awesome! She truly went above and beyond what I had expected coming in! She contacted my extended warranty company several times on my behalf to ensure that the maximum amount was covered, so I would have fewer out of pocket costs. She also was able to get me in a loaner car for the entire duration of my repairs without additional cost to me. If at any point there was an unexpected delay, Falicha was very communicative and empathetic. She was also wonderful in referring me to helpful resources for future servicing needs. All around a great experience and would highly recommend them to any Subaru (or non Subaru) owners for servicing and maintenance.

I could go into great detail about my experience with this dealership since buying a new Subaru there in 2016. Had a recent service problem which continued to escalate into other problems. The service manager was so unprofessional, she never returned any messages. We ended up having to deal with the general manager which also took several trips. The customer should be taken care of the first time.

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. The worst service department ever took my car multiple - GEORGE

The worst service department ever took my car multiple times for an oil pan leak. The car was leaking again in less than 6 months. It took 3 more times to fix the issue. It's never been fixed a bunch of excuses and SOA is useless. Move out of town and got it fixed by another dealer.
