Start with Anne in service. Made appt. With her re. A recall. She ordered part made appt. When I arrived she handled all well. Car repaired quickly. Then I went to parts .they had my touch up paint in stock.. I also was interested in a second key. Anne took care of that. Ordered and said would b a couple days. No problem. I had to drive 100 miles to get there. ( no mini dealer in my area. 1st mini I have owned. Had it less than 1 month. Am supper pleased with the car and mini of knoxville. Darrell b. 2007 mini s

We bought a pre-owned mini from Mini of Nashville. After bringing it home we had some oil issues. We have paid for some things here and there but now at a year of owning the low mileage car it has more issues, Took it to be looked at, paid a chunk of money that was supposed to fix it, it didn't. They kept it a while and now say the engine has to be replaced. We can either take their offer for a tiny fraction of what we paid or we can trade it for another car that THEY have and pay the difference. Really ?????? My husband has talked to a manager and that is the only offer they are providing, we feel stuck! We will be out so much money for a car we had for a year and now we have nothing to show for the money that has been spent. We work too hard for our money to get this from what we thought was a reputable dealership, sad!

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. Randy Plummer is awful to deal with! What an arrogant non-professional. I will never buy from this dealership because of him.
