took my Honda clarity, plug-in, hybrid, and to get repairs from being rear ended, My collision estimator Portia Herron was excellent,she explained and showed me what needed to be repaired before they dismantled my call for repairs, letting me know that there probably was going to be more damage found after the tear down. I was given an estimate with damages they saw before tear down And I was given an estimate after teardown she dealt directly with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all the questions I had outstanding service I would. Definitely use AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER / ESTIMATOR and recommend them to family and friends.

I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on July 17th for an alignment and several warranty issues, including a faulty passenger seat massager, lumbar/bolster support, a malfunctioning driver assist feature, and a front bumper that kept popping out. The car wasn’t assigned to a technician until July 21st, and I didn’t receive a loaner until July 22nd — after being told it was ready, only to find out it had a dead battery and needed to be replaced. After nearly two weeks in the shop, I picked up the car on August 1st. Before leaving, I noticed the seat massager still didn’t work. A tech cleared a code, and that resolved the issue. However, on the way home, the driver assist system still showed “service required,” and the bumper popped out again — meaning two of the key issues were not fixed. Although staff were courteous, the delays, miscommunication, and unresolved repairs made for a frustrating experience.

Terrible dealership, avoid at all costs. I have been waiting for 2 months for a shock absorber for my truck that should be covered under warranty. I filled out the review they sent me and the manager responded asking me for my contact information. I sent it and he never made any attempt to call me, been 3 weeks now. Looks like it is bad from the top down. I will never go back there I will make the drive to Columbia its a much better dealership. I bought my truck from Columbia because of how bad Beaman was. I thought maybe they could handle a shock absorber I guess I was wrong.
