My car was in for 35,000 mile servicing today. I made the appointment about two weeks ago and since I had no other conflicts I showed up an hour early for it today. Everyone was gracious despite my early arrival and I went to wait in the waiting room. While there I was able to observe one employee assist another customer whose car wouldn’t start and even give a phone number for her to call if she was stuck. The other ladieswere kind and immediately accommodating to everyone who came. They were apologies because they are a little short staffed in the automotive tech technician department. My car was ready and I was off, but grateful to have been taken care of and have had the opportunity to be around such an accommodating helpful.
