My service advisor Yeen was great. I came in needing an oil change unexpectedly. Yeen, greeted me with a smile, remembered my name and said, no problem I’ll take care of you. I was expecting to be there for a longtime by the look of the waiting room that Saturday. After a far amount of time i was called to check out. Yeen, you did it again. i was on the road soon after thanks to her and the service oeople behind the sceen that made it happen in no time.!!!

My family and I were exploring Chattanooga recently when our 2016 Honda Pilot was burglarized (9-17-24) while parked at a hotel. They smashed out the driver’s window and the rear hatch window. After getting the police reporting process finished, I started figuring out how to get repairs done without derailing the rest of our trip. I talked to Matt at Honda. He told me to just bring it to them and let them take care of it. He told me they would keep it inside until the work was done so the weather wouldn’t be an issue. He also pointed me to the Enterprise Rental across the street. My wife and I got a suitable rental car and dropped off our Pilot with Matt. He kept me updated throughout the process over the several days it took to get parts on site, repairs completed, and a thorough cleaning done. We changed our plans for the return trip, opting to stay south of Chattanooga and pick up our car on Monday (9-23-24). The repairs were excellent and the cleanup was very good (I picked out about five pieces of glass the vacuum didn’t get). Matt was off so I couldn’t thank him personally for making a bad situation much more tolerable for us. His customer service and communication was exemplary.

Had to get some maintenance on my 3yr old CRV. Randy in service dept was awesome to talk to. Explained my options if I needed my rotors resurfaced or replaced. Very calm and polite man and def would use him again as my service advisor. Getting work done on your car is aggravating and kinda nerve-wracking and he made it a pleasant experience. Worked with Matt Deckard in the service department. Quick check in with him. Explained my needs and what I wanted done and checked while it was in the shop. Rather than waiting, I left for lunch. Received a couple of texts to inform me of what was happening and to get my approval. QUICK service for oil change, tire rotation, coolant change, and brake check. Very pleased. Matt was professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. Understood exactly what I wanted and followed up afterward. I give Matt and DWH 5 stars.

This is for service dept. Got letter from Honda about a warranty repair saying parts were now available. Got on-line to make appointment, giving them number from letter. Drove a half hour to get there and was told parts were not available yet. So had to drive another half hour home and will have to repeat that when they have parts. You would think that when they made the appointment they would order the part or tell you they didn't have them yet. Poor customer service!

I have purchased a brand new S2000 MY04 this february. I have taken the car for two alignments. First was because they need to replace an A-arm that was bad. When I got my car back the steering wheel on it aimed 3-4 inches to the left in order to go straight. This was a lack of detail and service, they fixed it right away when I turned around but affected my days schedule. The Second time was yesterday, I took my car for an alignment and they kept the car all day from 9am, when they started working on the car and it was ready by 4pm. The steering wheel was again off line. Does anyone car to drive the car or check to see if the steering wheel is straigt. What kind of training or incompetence are servicing our cars? What is next? No brakes... I am leaving on a trip with my car and I am looking at an offline steering wheel. Is this the service I should expect for an S2000? What is going on Honda???
