Any issues with recall, bulletin, or warrant were always taken care of with me as the customer in mind. Service managers and my service advisor always worked together to resolve any issues. My service advisor Yeen was great. I came in needing an oil change unexpectedly. Yeen, greeted me with a smile, remembered my name and said, no problem I’ll take care of you. I was expecting to be there for a longtime by the look of the waiting room that Saturday. After a far amount of time i was called to check out. Yeen, you did it again. i was on the road soon after thanks to her and the service oeople behind the sceen that made it happen in no time.!!!

I was in the middle of a roadtrip with my son, when I ran over a truck tire and it had ripped the engine shield from the bottom of my car half off. I stopped by Rusty Wallace (as it was only a couple miles away). When I told them the story, they immediately helped me, took the shield entirely off, didn't ask for payment, just showed me their southern hospitality of prompt courtesy service. I can not thank them enough. They really helped me get back on the road and finish the Roadtrip that my son and I will remember for many years. Thanks again to the entire staff at Rusty Wallace. Worked with Matt Deckard in the service department. Quick check in with him. Explained my needs and what I wanted done and checked while it was in the shop. Rather than waiting, I left for lunch. Received a couple of texts to inform me of what was happening and to get my approval. QUICK service for oil change, tire rotation, coolant change, and brake check. Very pleased. Matt was professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. Understood exactly what I wanted and followed up afterward. I give Matt and DWH 5 stars.

Unfortunately, someone tried breaking into my new Passport (haven’t made the first payment…c’mon). The driverside lock cylinder and another piece was damaged. Everyone I spoke to, from the parts guys to Ketwun, were very helpful in setting up what parts needed to be ordered and setting up my appointment time. I discovered another piece damaged, great. I didn’t know how to describe the piece so I went to Economy Honda. I told the service writer all the details, he took the time to study a schematic, and put in an order for an additional part. I come from a customer service background and so far I’m quite pleased.

I’ve been coming to this dealer for at least 4 years now. I probably wouldn’t be coming here if they weren’t so close to me. They always have terrible wait times for simple things like oil changes. The techs never seem to know what they are doing, or what is wrong or right with a vehicle. The management is nice but they also just seem to be always apologizing to the customer for the amount of inconveniences they’ve presented us with.

This is for service dept. Got letter from Honda about a warranty repair saying parts were now available. Got on-line to make appointment, giving them number from letter. Drove a half hour to get there and was told parts were not available yet. So had to drive another half hour home and will have to repeat that when they have parts. You would think that when they made the appointment they would order the part or tell you they didn't have them yet. Poor customer service!
