Wyatt Johnson service after the sale of a used auto was disappointing. I had called my sales consultant Charles and informed him of the passenger side tire rubbing the plastic wheel cover that had loosened. My sales rep Charles talked with the service manager who told him the previous owner had put oversized tires on the truck I purchased. This was difficult to understand as the passenger side tire was the only tire with the issue and my neighbor who works for Nissan and I could feel the loos plastic tire cover over that tire but none of the rest of the plastic tire covers were loose he said appears a couple screws or clamps had come loose and fell out. but per the service manager nothing they could assist me with so my neighbor assisted me. This is not the example of customer service level I was expecting from a good buying exp but tells me this will probably be the service experience from the service dept and manager going forward if I need any assistance. Places a huge drop in any previous customer service excellence experience you may have experienced not a good look for the overall dealership!

On 15 Dec 04, took my truck to have the oil changed and front rotors put on. Instructed Mr Tucker to ensure antifreeze was good. <br>on 20 Dec 2004, My engine block cracked due to the freezing weather. When I took it toElk Valley Ford, I was accused I did not have any antifreeze in the engine. When I started to explain I had the oil changed and to check the anti freeze, I was stopped by Randy Barnes when he stated you know how those quick lubes lie about checking things on the engine. I reapporached Mr Tucker and asked him to step in and he said there was no anti freeze. 6 Jan 2005, I asked Mr Tucker about 15 Dec 2004 visit, I asked for my anti freeze to be looked, he replied I don't recall that and that there is no special request on the vehicle Inspection Report. <br>Lesson: Make sure all request and answers are placed on the invoice or theinspection paper before signing the paperwork even if you have to put it on yourself. <br>I just bought a $10,000.00 engine due to poor workmanship at Elk Valley Ford.

I took my 2014 Escape in for repair on 9/16/2021 after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment. That same day I was notified that the service Tech broke a spark plug off in the cylinder head. I asked for my car back in the same condition as when I drove it in to No-Fair Ford and I got it back on 10/29/2021. I did not want No-Fair Ford to work on my car after I read the multitude of negative reviews about their service dept. online. After no callbacks from the Service Mgr. and an angry General Mgr., the Gen. Mgr. agreed to return it to me. He agreed by phone on 9/23 and face-to-face on 9/28. It took over 5 weeks to return my car to me and the repair consisted of replacing the broken spark plug (that No-Fair Ford broke) and labor that took less than an hour (as noted on the service ticket). I was told by the service dept. that the owner of No-Fair Ford was aware of my car's repair and approved it. I guess he approves of the lack of communications from the Service and Gen. Mgrs, the length of the repair (5 1/2 weeks), and the poor treatment I received from the Service Dept. and the General Mgr. I recommend anyone considering taking their car or truck to No-Fair Ford for repair to first read the online reviews at https://www.facebook.com/pg/FairwayFordKingsport/reviews/, https://www.bbb.org/us/tn/kingsport/profile/used-car-dealers/fairway-ford-0533-2769/complaints, and at the Better Business Bureau at https://www.bbb.org/us/tn/kingsport/profile/used-car-dealers/fairway-ford-0533-2769/complaints. Don't just take my word for it. I will never own a Ford vehicle as long as No-Fair Ford is in Kingsport to service it.

I bought a longblock crate motor from Graham Ford and had it installed in my Lincoln in Dec 2006. On July 15, 2007 the motor died on me. Dealer claims there was a small leak in the radiator that caused catastrpphic engine failure. Would not honor the 36mo. 75K mile warranty. They claim it warped the heads and burnt the rings in it. I babied this car. I performed regular PMCS on the vehicle each time I drove it. I wouldn't let anyone drive it, including my wife of 24 years. The motor cost me $5264.00 installed. I'm not going to trash it. I wouldn't buy a coke from GRAHAM FORD LINCOLN MERCURY in DICKSON, TN BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! These guys are dirtbags and crooks. If you're thinking about parting with your hard earned cash, think long and hard before buying something from GRAHAM FORD LINCOLN MERCURY in Dickson, TN Ford Motor Company WILL NOT INTERVENE! You're on your own with the dealer. Its HIS interpretation that determines whether its under warranty or not. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! You'll get burned!!! Would I recommed this dealership? NEVER! Would I buy another FORD product? Not in this lifetime!!! I will tell anyone willing to listen about how this dealership dealt with me. I will post it far and wide on the internet.
