We bought a pre-owned mini from Mini of Nashville. After bringing it home we had some oil issues. We have paid for some things here and there but now at a year of owning the low mileage car it has more issues, Took it to be looked at, paid a chunk of money that was supposed to fix it, it didn't. They kept it a while and now say the engine has to be replaced. We can either take their offer for a tiny fraction of what we paid or we can trade it for another car that THEY have and pay the difference. Really ?????? My husband has talked to a manager and that is the only offer they are providing, we feel stuck! We will be out so much money for a car we had for a year and now we have nothing to show for the money that has been spent. We work too hard for our money to get this from what we thought was a reputable dealership, sad!

I would leave zero, if it were possible. I'll start with them calling me every few weeks wanting to buy my low mileage 2019 Rouge back. The last time someone called about 2 weeks ago, I was asked if I had an extended warranty and reminded me that things start to "HAPPEN" to the transmission once a car reaches 60,000 miles. That was a red flag and I canceled my service appointment. Always trust your instincts! Today, my son in law started to change my oil and found my transmission fluid dipstick is missing. Until today, no one has ever done any service to my vehicle except Morristown Nissan. I AM FURIOUS! ALL THE DIRT AND GRIME FROM DRIVING IS GOING INTO MY TRANSMISSION FLUID! This has had to happen at the last oil change 5000 mile ago. I'm SURE this was a setup!! I will never step foot on that lot again! Rant over!

Took vehicle for warranty work. The service guy asked if I bought the chicle from them. I did not. He called the next day and told me that I would have to take it to another dealer because he was afraid dodge would make him eat the labor since I didn't by it from there and supposedly it had been worked on that same part from the other dealer I bought it from. Now I have to waste another day since they wouldn't fix it and take it out of state. I will never recommend them nor will I ever by from them. I am 31 and average buying a vehicle every 3 years and It will never be a vehicle from them. Hope that labor you was afraid to eat was worth it . it cost you my business,my families business and anyone else this message reaches hopefully

The rest of the staff was highly efficient and easy to work with. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY A NISSAN. I contacted Red about problems I was having with the Rogue I purchased. He assured me the issues would be resolved with the next update; they were not. I have had my Rogue in multiple times with no resolution. The service department is rude and does not know how to fix the vehicle. They told me to take it to Knoxville; they could probably figure out the problem. Another customer had to take her’s to Knoxville to get it repaired. A service contract or something was added to my contract I explicitly refused and gave a detailed reason why. The only person I have dealt with that even tried to help was Angel. The next week she was gone. Ryan had me bring the Rogue in and said he would provide a loaner. He also told me he would have a copy of that agreement for me when I arrived. I arrived 30 minutes early. The woman at the first desk asked if I could wait a few minutes for them to do a quick preliminary diagnostic test. I told her I had some running to do and an 11:00 am appointment. She asked how long it took to get there. I told her 30 minutes. I needed to be pulling out no later than 10:30. She said no problem. At 10:00 am I went to get the rental so I could leave. They would not give it to me. I asked for the agreement again. They said they would get it. At 10:30-still no rental. My car was still being checked out. No copy of the agreement. They did not have a rental-Ryan had lied. We broke down last week. I’m 71 and my husband is 93. It was 92°. I called. Mountainview Nissan gave me the corporate number for a tow. My husband has Alzheimer’s and was becoming very upset and disoriented. A woman told me the car was still under warranty and they would have a loaner…another lie. I had gotten my grandson to take me to the dealership-no loaner. Robert was rude and defensive. A few weeks before I took a video in of my lights going out. He wouldn’t even look at it. He told me to take it somewhere else. I have asked to speak to the dealership manager several times. He is never there and never calls back. I had a Murano platinum edition for 9 years and loved it; never had an issue with until the transmission went out at 92k miles. I was a loyal Nissan customer. Now I would not have one. The dealership is dishonest, incompetent and does not care about the safety and satisfaction of it’s customers. The Nissan product and brand has declined and is tarnished beyond repair. This review came up at the top. I doubt it will even be left up now.

A simple oil change and again, another review. From the peaceful waiting area to the amazing staff, I am always treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism coupled with compassion. The cost on each occasion has been fair and presented really well. No matter the position of each person, all have key knowledge of every process throughout the dealership. Really rare in my view. They always express an interest in me as well. I look forward to each visit. The business model is simply off the charts exceptional. See you soon!!!

Was a little intrigued with the inside sales lot and the overall experience. I must say Kris seems genuine and honest, as most car dealers aren't. My father and I drove all the way from Johnson City, TN to buy my truck. I made an offer on the truck via text basically at 11pm the night before, and Kris replied come on. We came the next night, was running late but Kris stayed over an hour after they closed to wait on us. Wonderful building, you can tell he only deals with nice vehicles. Wonderful experience, I would and probably will buy from NAG again. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I buy and sell used cars myself on the side, and from what i can tell they have their vehicles priced at wholesale basically. A++++ place, thanks NAG for not being like the other car lots
