Terrible dealership, avoid at all costs. I have been waiting for 2 months for a shock absorber for my truck that should be covered under warranty. I filled out the review they sent me and the manager responded asking me for my contact information. I sent it and he never made any attempt to call me, been 3 weeks now. Looks like it is bad from the top down. I will never go back there I will make the drive to Columbia its a much better dealership. I bought my truck from Columbia because of how bad Beaman was. I thought maybe they could handle a shock absorber I guess I was wrong.

We'll within 2 weeks started running bad and had no power took it in and after 4 hrs said it needed updates and quart of transmission fluid!. Why only had 3k miles on it still jerky and running bad so took to another dealership and come to find out transmission going out and they said they knew that.ripped me off !!

Hannah always communicates and lets me know what's going on and keep me updated daily when my jeep is in the shop. Probably would have sold my jeep a long time ago if it wasn't for the wonderful experience I have working with her! Best service advisor ever. If my opinion matters I think she deserves a big fat raise!
