We have used this service department for oil changes or repairs for the past 7+ years. We have always been treated well but more importantly they do a good job. Last week I happened to be driving nearby when my tire pressure light came on. I drove to Lonnie Cobb service door. Within minutes Chris had check the pressure and added air and I was on my way. Chris Becker, Kelby Newsom and Kevin King thank you for great service!

Start with Anne in service. Made appt. With her re. A recall. She ordered part made appt. When I arrived she handled all well. Car repaired quickly. Then I went to parts .they had my touch up paint in stock.. I also was interested in a second key. Anne took care of that. Ordered and said would b a couple days. No problem. I have a Mazda 3 and I came in to just have my back wheel locks removed and it was the best encounter I’ve had from a dealership. They were very fast, I didn't wait too long, and they did a whole vehicle inspection on my car too which I was surprised about. I think they washed my car too I loved that. Even though it wasn’t anything big it changed my mind about not wanting to go to a dealer to get my car worked on. Loved the service and the quality! Oh, and another cool thing was they send me a video explaining everything they did and looked at while was very helpful! I will surely come back for any service I need! Thanks guys oh and the nice lady that helped me her name was Taina, she was very sweet good about getting what I needed done.

I was in the middle of a roadtrip with my son, when I ran over a truck tire and it had ripped the engine shield from the bottom of my car half off. I stopped by Rusty Wallace (as it was only a couple miles away). When I told them the story, they immediately helped me, took the shield entirely off, didn't ask for payment, just showed me their southern hospitality of prompt courtesy service. I can not thank them enough. They really helped me get back on the road and finish the Roadtrip that my son and I will remember for many years. Thanks again to the entire staff at Rusty Wallace. I owe you one.
