Wilson County Hyundai Employs ONE EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Professional Philip McDonald is the ONE Beyond Exceptional Customer Service SPECIALIST (not just "Representative") in the Maintenance Departent of Wilson County Hyundai. Mr. McDonald approaches his customers as if they're are long, lost friends. His greeting and broad smile are genuine and welcoming. In stark contrast to Mr. McDonlad's "colleagues," his professionalism rises above and beyond the "norm." Having experienced worse-than-disappointng episodes with more than one of the aformentioned colleagues of Mr. McDonald, I determined to stop taking my Hyundai [which I purchased as a new car, there] to WCH for service. However, Mr. McDonald communicated that HE would be the WCH Pro to assist me in the care of my vehicle if I would return as a customer. Based on that promise, I returned to WCH for my most recent service. Mr. McDonald did not disappoint. He is a man of his word; an extremely professional Technician who is expert in the technical & advising areas or his profession. More importanly, he is steeped in integrity, kindness, affinity--a genuine warmth of spirit-- for his fellow humans. WCH should make Mr. McDonald a Trainer of the "other" employees whose demeanor & attitude toward customers demonstrates palpable disdain: an "I can't wait until your are out of my hair" attitude toward the person(s) who are so misforutnate as to fall into the clutches of that Customer N0-Service "professional". The lady that checked me in was super super nice. When I told her it was my first time there, she actually showed me around. She helped me by telling me what all to expect, helped get everything all set up, and was nice about letting me know of that $299 maintenance deal, which I gladly took advantage of. The people who performed the maintenance on my vehicle did so in a timely manner.

JB is my go to Guy in the service department. He is always dependable, responds quickly and very helpful. I recently needed to use my wheel and tire warranty for my X3 BMW. JB immediately called roadside service and scheduled them to pick up my car. He text the next day to follow up to see the car had been picked up, which it hadn’t been done. JB sent another request out to roadside service and my was picked up that night. He notified me that he had the car and when it was completed. I appreciate JB for always making my experience positive at BMW.

The staff here is consistently friendly, up front about pricing, and happy to answer questions. Leonard recently went above and beyond for me on my last visit, helping to re-engage my tailgate after another truck backed into my fender. As silly as it might seem, the fact that my tailgate wasn't properly connecting and I wasn't able to fix it on my own was a huge stressor to me. they list a used bmw as cpo but they only change the oil based on what i have seen(..ie windshield seal and bottom tray coming apart) they dont check any other items even tho the web site for cpo says they check hundreed ? items.lol YOUR BUYING AS IS when you are given the paper work and the car is past org warranty you are asked to sign a buy as is --even tho IT IS A CPO veh. Re; service for my previous bmw in 2012. i decided to change the oil at 30k miles and what i saw in the oil filter tells me it had NEVER BEEN CHANGED.. it was 80% clogged and i have worked on cars for 40 yrs and never seen such a clogged filter.HOPEFULLY they have made better in recent yrs.

My car had broken down and I had no idea what was wrong but I needed it fixed and fast. As a single mom I can't leave my car in a shop for days. Lino got my car in and out quickly and for a great rate. I would recommend carsmart and their car service center to anyone but I would encourage you to stop in and speak to Lino about anything you may need because he will figure out a way to make it happen for you.

I have taken my other Fords to each dealer in the area. This was my first schedule service for my F-150, so I thought I would try Cleveland Ford. First, they honored my appointment time, second, Carter took my info, got my keys, and told me if I needed anything while waiting, let him know. Third, the service was done quickly, and fourth, even with a coupon the bill was less than I expected. Needless to say, whenever my Sport Trac or F-150 is due for anything, I'll be at Cleveland Ford.
