Wilson County Hyundai Employs ONE EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Professional
Philip McDonald is the ONE Beyond Exceptional Customer Service SPECIALIST (not just "Representative") in the Maintenance Departent of Wilson County Hyundai.
Mr. McDonald approaches his customers as if they're are long, lost friends. His greeting and broad smile are genuine and welcoming. In stark contrast to Mr. McDonlad's "colleagues," his professionalism rises above and beyond the "norm." Having experienced worse-than-disappointng episodes with more than one of the aformentioned colleagues of Mr. McDonald, I determined to stop taking my Hyundai [which I purchased as a new car, there] to WCH for service.
However, Mr. McDonald communicated that HE would be the WCH Pro to assist me in the care of my vehicle if I would return as a customer.
Based on that promise, I returned to WCH for my most recent service.
Mr. McDonald did not disappoint. He is a man of his word; an extremely professional Technician who is expert in the technical & advising areas or his profession. More importanly, he is steeped in integrity, kindness, affinity--a genuine warmth of spirit-- for his fellow humans.
WCH should make Mr. McDonald a Trainer of the "other" employees whose demeanor & attitude toward customers demonstrates palpable disdain: an "I can't wait until your are out of my hair" attitude toward the person(s) who are so misforutnate as to fall into the clutches of that Customer N0-Service "professional".
