I had some work done on my truck. First, they didn't have the part. So they ordered it. Then when I brought my truck back in to get fixed they still couldn't fix it. So, she took it upon herself to send it to someone else. I wasn't called and informed of the situation and I just happened to come by and check on it. To, find out it was'nt there and that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the next day. I am upset because I wasn't informed and wasn't ask what I would like to do. She assumed it would be ok. I believe this is really bad customer service.
