I found exactly what I wanted. Went to the dealership gave the vehicle a good look over then went inside to ask to drive it. They let me drive it then I came back to ask for a price they gave me a direct honest out the door price with taxes and fees included. I wanted to do the financing through my bank so they gave me a deal sheet and I went got the loan and signed right up. It was very quick, prompt, and easy.

I have owned Ford vehicles my whole life. My experience with buying Fords as been acceptional and I must point a particular dealership that stands out from them all. Don Smith Ford. <br><br>I have started using the internet now to do all my research on the Ford vehicles. I have always dealt with Don Smith Ford so I decided to search the web for them and came across a website that was easy to use. It was informational, quick, and well structured which made it easy to use. After I inputed all the information I was needing , I immediately received a email stating that someone would get intouch with me via my email or phone number. It was about 1 hour from then, I did infact receive a email from Kenneth Brown (Internet Manager) and Don Smith Ford. He had stated that he had several vehicles that fit the discription of what I was looking for. He did all the research for me as far as (rebates, discounts) etc. By the end of the day he had a final price for me , that was most impressive. That following morning I showed up to the dealership and met Mr. Brown. He had the majority of the paper already filled out which cut down my waiting time. We had agreed to the price the night before and my transaction was smooth sailing. <br><br>Because of his product knowledge, and ability to give me the information I need in a timely matter I have to say that was the best service I have receieved ever , when buying a vehicle. <br><br>Thank you Don Smith Ford and Kenneth Brown<br><br>Mr. McKensey

And finding we had some vehicle information which was not disclosed be the saler for some reason.Tucker was insistant we bring my truck to Elk Valley to check the tires and in that time talked to the owner which bent over backwards to fix both problems. I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. We had the BEST buying experience we have ever had! After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying) We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future. Hope this review helps you in finding a great car sales experience. My Pontiac sensor indicated the engine needed to be checked. I was told that it would cost about $45 for the initial check. Then I was told it was the transmission and that would cost approximately $2450 but that they could flush it and put in new fluid for about $200 which I agreed to. That didn't fix it so they then told me the car had an oil leak that would be about $650. They could look at it again and possibly do a partial transmission fix for about $800. I asked what the car would then be worth and was told that it would be about $3000 less the cost of fixing it. That would mean I would be paying them more money than the car was worth and have nothing. The sales people started calling to try to get me to trade the car when I had made it clear that I had no intention of buying another Pontiac. I took my car to another establishment for a second opinion and found that it had could be (an was) repaired for $178.12 in one day. Woodford Motors had my car for three days and could only tell me how much it was going to cost. In my estimation the whole thing was a set-up to cheat me and/or get me to buy a new car. The only other possiblility was that the mechanic knows absolutely nothing. In either case, people need to know to not take a car there for repair because they certainly will be 'taken to the cleaners'!!!!
