Dropped my F150 off two separate times in a little over six weeks for service for a loss in motor power. The service department charged us almost a $1000 for the first visit. Said they could not replicate the problem so therefore there was no repair to do under there policy in the 2nd visit. Third dropoff was by tow truck and we were told the truck needs a new motor. Incompetent is the least of this. Oh, and the service manager said, he does not care what motor it is, it should not last more than 100,000 miles!!

Our 11-year old F 150 broke down on the Tuesday evening of Thanksgiving week while on vacation. We were stranded for about 3 hours in Pigeon Forge before the tow truck arrived through AAA. While sitting there waiting, we went ahead and called the Rocky Top Ford dealer to inform them our truck was being towed there. Chris, in the Service Department, answered and was so kind. We were naturally upset about our truck, but he was so calming and helpful. He did keep in touch with us on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving day. They had to go to Knoxville to obtain the part. We were so thankful that they were able to complete the repairs on Friday by 1:30 pm in order for us to head back to Ohio. We truly appreciate the mechanics who worked on our truck and Chris for being such a wonderful man. We truly feel that he was a God send! Thank you to everyone who had a part in getting our truck repaired, and keep up the good work! So thankful!! The dealership was beautiful!

Doing a great job maintaining the shady car dealership stereotype! Bought a 2022 F-150 less than 3 months ago from here, and the battery was having issues, so I got it checked out here. Turns out it needed replacing and had lost its warranty! So, I was originally quoted just under $500 to replace the battery. Turns out that quote was incorrect, but I still had to pay about $300 to replace a battery that now has a 3 year warranty, but the truck that is under 3 years old couldn't get the warranty for the existing battery. Neither the service person I was working with or their supervisor would look me in the eye when explaining this situation because they clearly knew I was getting hosed. Won't be back, won't be bringing any further business here. So I paid just under $700 to get a bed cover attached and replace a battery. Was told the truck was done and got to sit at the dealership for another 45 minutes while they were still working on it too, great communication!

Fairway Ford has the absolute best staff in both sales and service. I just purchased a new 2022 F250 and the customer service was top notch. This is the 6th new vehicle I've purchased from them since 1993 and purchased a used car for my son there too. I've used their service department for many years and always had great results. Alan Drinnon is an absolute pleasure to work with and John King takes a great deal of pride in his dealership. For my personal purchases, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

You're service department is awful. What is the point of taking online appointments if when the customer shows up you just tell them that if they drop their car you will look at it in a week or so? I made appointment last week to have my car looked at. I have a transmission code popping up. You're service page asks for all details pertaining to why you are bringing car in. So why would nobody call me to let me know that you wouldn't be able to honor the appointment and would need to keep my car for a week or longer?? When I asked service writer why they took appointment and didn't call she said she just looks at appointment not the reason. She was rude and I didn't appreciate it. Ive been trying not to drive car much in case it's a big issue. I drive it all the way from my house to dealership for appointment I made last week and I get told you can't look at it for over a week? If it was going to be big repair I was considering buying a car from Barnett. I will be sure to let everyone I Know not to bring their car to Russell Barnett or to buy a car.

We eventually decided to buy a new 2023 Bronco on the lot and ordered an another 2024 Bronco. Trevor also prayed with us after our purchase. Trevor is a great salesman and man to deal with. We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth before we were doing anything else she brought another guy out. I assume he was the sales manager. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion.

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

HORRIBLE PLACE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND CROOKED AS THEY COME. LAST WEEK OF MARCH 2019 I PURCHASED A 2016 FORD F 250 SUPER DUTY, WITH $20k down and financed the remaining balance. After making payments for almost a year this Dealership not the finance company Capital One, decides to come pick up the truck . After waiting this entire time for them to send my information to get my tags, which i never received and the finance company also never received the title. They totally disregarded the 10 day purchase agreement rule they they can not pick a vehicle up after 10 days and without some kind of written notice being sent, which is under Title 8 of the Consumer Law.I have never received any form of communication with them other than to pick up my vehicle to where i can not even get to work. I have called and emailed and left messages no replies have been given even after a week of trying to reach someone. They will not let me speak to any of the higher ups over Cindy Davis. They have basically stole my truck . i am now left with no transportation and no downpayment and no answers . I dont even know where my truck is or how to get it back because no one will communicate with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY ARE CROOKS! ANYONE WITH ANY INFORMATION I CAN USE TO HELP OR ANY ATTORNEYS THAT WILL HELP ME I DESPERATELY NEED HELP!!!! MKFARRIS20@GMAIL.COM
