The short of it: The Service team at the Jeep Dealer in Rapid City, SD, showed they really care and went the extra mile for us to help us in repairing critical engine damage of our 2023 Wrangler JLUR-XR! Thank you Ryan Rempfer and team!!! The longer version: We were on our way from the Chicago-land, IL area to Deadwood, SD for the Jeep Jamboree - Sept 2023 - and we had an unfortunate incident involving a damaged secondary radiator that was leaked coolant. We could see the fountain of coolant coming out of the radiator. Called the dealer. Explained the long journey and the desire to participate in the Jeep Jamboree in the Black Hills, SD. With 45-60mins intervals and refilling coolant we made it to the dealership. We arrived Mon later afternoon and Ryan told us that we were able to bring the car in early on Tue morning for a diagnosis and repair - he said he did not know how yet, but was going to try to make it happen. To avoid waiting for that part, we had ordered the part in advance while driving on Monday. In coordination with the dealer, we picked up the part while they were diagnosing and prepping the vehicle. Ryan set us up for service the same day. We received a phone call @3:30pm on that same Tuesday afternoon that the Jeep was ready for pickup! They went they extra mile, understood that we traveled far and really wanted to participate in the Jeep Jamboree and cared! What a great team. Thank you Ryan Rempfer and team!!!
