I live 100 miles from the Subaru dealer in Rapid City, SD. I left my car there for repair and I was aware, as I drove back the 100 miles, that the car was not repaired. After I got home, I called the Service Manager at the dealership and explained what had happened. He sent a man with a loaner (the 100 miles), left the loaner, picked up my car had it driven back the 100 miles, repaired my car, returned it to me AND made an allowance on the repair costs. I call that "The Subaru Difference". I don't believe any other dealer would have gone to that measure to make me satisfied. That was Courtesy Subara in Rapid City, SD. If they don't deserve a Five-Star rating, then no on does.
