I want to thank the entire staff for helping me & my husband out on Monday, Sep 30, 2024. We were on a trip from NJ and had our truck towed in for service. Nick was so kind and fit is back on the road as fast as possible. I don't have the mechanics name but he was awesome. Happy to say we are 6 hours from home and the Truck is running great. Thank you all for your kindness and spectacular service.

Had two recalls on our Renegade. Contacted Billions Service Department several times to get them taken care of, always the parts weren't available even though the national app showed they were. They treated us as though the recalls were our fault. Ended up calling the Jeep Recall Hotline. They were aware of Billion and set us to get them fixed at Papik in Luverne. Don't bother.

Service at this dealer is incompetent. Took truck in for oil change and rotation. A week later had oil spots on garage floor and found loose lug nut on one wheel called deal and took it back. They said oil no leaks just spillled oil over front end. They cleaned it up and said they would do better next time. Why would I go back? Better service and lower cost at fast lube place down street

I dropped my new car off one of the many times for water leaks. When I dropped it off I happened to have the dash display of the tire pressures visible. All the tires were showing good. 20 minutes later they drove my car out and said the issue was fixed. I got in the car and immediately the low tire warning came on. The rear tire was very low. I went back inside and said I had an almost flat tire. They sent someone out to remove the wheel and check the tire. They found no issue with the tire, installed it and charged me $20 plus tax. The next day the tire was flat. I pumped it up and drove to another shop to have the tire repaired. The other shop person immediately saw a nail in the outer sidewall between the tread and sidewall which warranted new tire, $235. I was told it was almost impossible to have this happen accidentally, which made me believe this was done on purpose somewhere. My warranties are over. Watertown Ford Chrysler won't see my vehicles for service ever again.

They got me in when other nearby dealerships where two days out. They told me what they were going to do, they did it, they claimed warranty. It is really nice to be taken care of quickly and with genuine care. The team did a great job. I travel for work and it has been 10 years since another dealer treated me this well.
