Bought a used Chevy Silverado from this dealership was very satisfied with the friendly staff. Tyler was willing to help and had the vehicle waiting in front of the building when I arrived. Ended up buying even though I was just looking. Had issues with the vehicle three days later. Called and three hours later a truck was there from 70 miles away to pick up and was in the shop the next morning. Less than 24 hours later I got a call the issue was taken care of. I can't say enough about this dealership. The best sales and service this 68 year old has seen in his entire life of buying a vehicle!!

I went with a friend to purchase a new Toyota Rav 4 and had great service with jeff. Then a year later my friend traded the Rav 4 for a pickup truck with Jeff as the salesman and again we got great service. When I took my 2017 there for a possible trade in, I dealt with Jeff then also along with Matt from the service department and they helped with all that I needed on my car. Normally I do not do reviews online but this time I felt these gentlemen deserve to have things noted for others to see. When I do trade my car in it will be these men that I deal with as they explain things straight forward in simple (non-sales) language and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and no pressure with anything. After my last visit, which I was reimbursed for the owner himself asked we give them another chance, unfortunately I did. My vehicle threw an emissions code and thought for sure they couldn't screw me over again. I was wrong. After sitting and waiting for 3 and a half hours I decided to see what was taking so long to diagnose. (I stated upon making appointment no work if warranty wouldn't cover it) co.e to find out the change 6 spark plugs and wires without my ok. Then they decide to keep it over night and I had to ask for a courtesy car which didn't have but an eight a tank of gas in it. I receive a phone call the next day from mike stating warranty wasn't covering it. I had already done my homework and with both my warranties I was told it was covered. I waited for my husband to return the courtesy car and pick up mine. After paying $500 he was able to leave with my vehicle and the receipt I needed in hand. Thank goodness for Stephanie a gm customer care rep and curt patton of plaza gmc in Omaha, I was later told Mike the service manager never even tryed to get warranty to cover it. Then Joel Beadle the owner suggested we not do business there anymore. I cant wait to throw it in his face that I was right and his business is shady. Also that I was looking for a dealer to take contract for vehicles with the wind turbine site for GE. Won't be him and to think I need 12 new work vehicles. So take my advice or don't beadles is a place you don't want to do business.

Usually I don't want to talk to anyone until I find what I want but he was in the lot when I was looking so I started talking to him. He answered my questions and I bought my car about a week later.
