First, I want to recognize Kathleen, my salesperson. - heather28326
First, I want to recognize Kathleen, my salesperson. She was amazing throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, responsive whenever she could be, and I truly believe she was doing everything she could to help me. Unfortunately, the issues I experienced were not with her—they were with management.
I was a serious buyer, ready to purchase a truck, and from the beginning I struggled to get basic questions answered. The online listing stated that the advertised price included dealer fees, yet when I requested an out-the-door quote, I was presented with an additional $699 documentation fee and $350 filing fee(and a few other fees). When I asked for an explanation of these charges, no one in management would provide a clear answer.
The entire process was handled through text messages, and responses often took hours. For a purchase of more than $50,000, I expected to be able to speak with a manager instead of trying to negotiate through delayed text messages.
After getting nowhere, I called hoping to speak with the General Manager. I was told the truck had already been sold, but during the conversation I was also told the other customer had not even completed the paperwork yet. At that point, it felt like management had no interest in taking the time to answer my questions or earn my business. Whether the truck ultimately sold or not, I never felt like I was taken seriously as a ready-to-buy customer.
If you're considering buying here, be prepared for slow communication and difficulty getting straightforward answers to simple questions. My experience left me feeling like earning my business was never a priority.
