Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. As someone who is people manager in a different industry she always provides the best customer service. In my most recent visit a customer made some very rude comments to her and she handled very well. After there conversation I told the customer he was in the wrong as she is doing everything she can and cannot speed up the technicians. She embodies the customer experience I loved from out of state less than 6 months ago and she is amazing.

McDaniel’s VW dealership reneged from an agreement I had with them last night - including approval on financing pending the trade in of my daughter’s 2017 VW Beetle. Talk about double-talk and a terrible sales ethic - I would NOT buy a car, get my vehicle serviced here, or trust this dealership even if they offered me a car for FREE! My salesman Brandon and I had a deal last night when I went to bed - only to find out at around noon today that the vehicle was sold to this young lady- congratulations on your purchase! To my family and friends in the Columbia,SC area - this dealership has no moral compass and if your word is your bond - this VW dealership has failed the Golden Rule. If you’re smart - you will take your business elsewhere! McDaniel’s VW cares only about $$$$. Worst example of customer loyalty I’ve ever experienced - how does management here sleep at night?

The entire staff was incredible—friendly, attentive, and truly knowledgeable. I especially want to highlight Tammy, who made my experience genuinely enjoyable. Tammy was absolutely lovely. She wasn’t just personable; she was incredibly attentive to my needs and demonstrated deep knowledge of both the vehicle and the industry. I never felt like I was being sold to, instead, it felt like I was having an honest, informed conversation with someone who genuinely wanted to help me make the right choice.
