I would give zero stars if I could. Got a car from them that was breaking down within a week. Horrible customer service, the owner NEVER returns phone calls and you will never get an issue fixed with these low life’s. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

This "company" is a complete scam. They will lie and say they are shipping out your order in 24hrs you can't speak to anyone they have you text them. Keep pushing the date back making excuses. Then say tests fail and want you to send in your old one for repair. Meanwhile you having this conversation through text because they don't answer the phone. They refused to give you a refund for your order that was never shipped. I had to file a claim with my bank and PayPal to try to get my money back!!! This is not a legitimate company they are a scam!!!

I had the transmission replaced on my 2013 Nissan Versa at Dick Smith on 3670 Fernandina Road recently and had a bad experience. Justin Musser quoted me a price of $6200 total ($4200 transmission, $2000 labor). It was not until I called another auto company that I got a significantly lower price $5610.99 ($3601.58 transmission, $1381.21) that Justin agreed to give me the lower price when he should have tried to give me the best price as the customer in the beginning. I felt that the price Justin had quoted me was an example of price gouging. He also requested that I pay half down to start on the work which I agreed to do. When I requested to just trade the car in he stated that I would need to have the transmission replaced first before I could trade it in to Dick Smith. It was not until later that I found out from another dealer that they would have taken the car as a trade in its "as is" condition without the transmission being replaced. I had my car towed to Dick Smith on 4/29/2024. The work was not completed until 5/9/2024 (approximately one and a half weeks later). I was very disturbed by this experience and felt that Dick Smith did not have my bests interest at heart. I also had to keep calling to get updates on the progress of the work. Dick Smith had let me down. By not agreeing to trade the car in Dick Smith lost a sale on a new car because I was willing to trade my Nissan in for a new one. I have had a lot of trouble with this 2013 Nissan Versa including recently replacing a catalytic converter ($4000) only a year or year and a half ago). I have another car which is a 2006 Toyota with 200,000 miles and have never had to replace either of these two parts so far. I will never buy another car from Dick Smith again nor will I recommend it to my family or friends

I was sold a vehicle with mechanical issues even as the staff indicate AAA certified. I called seeking help within 48 hours of purchase and requested help. No one called back. Outside of being sold a lemon, I was forced to finance with Enterprise lenders. I came to location already pre-approved by my credit union. I was told I would lose the car if I went with my bank because there is no way to electronically transfer the funds with an outside lender. My pre-approved financing is 50% lower than Bank of America which was the lowest option, even with a good credit score. I feel as if I was manipulated, mislead, and avoided until paperwork was processed to the benefit of the location. This is not representative of quality customer care. I cannot in good conscious support or endorse this company. I am beyond disheartened by the ways I have been mistreated in this purchase.

we don’t care about the Better Business reviews they had an F on their own review system until I pointed it out to them and then they removed it. Better Business Bureau is a scam. We’ve sold over 1000 cars and had very few complaints were very upfront about anything we know vehicles are made by man not by God every one I’m gonna break. That’s why the new car manufacturers put a warranty on them.

I see when I read reviews how wonderful Tish is wish i dealt with her and not Becky maybe she would have been honest about what was going on but you know anything for a buck. They did the same thing to my dude I read on another review put you in a vehicle and let you take it for almost 2 weeks and then get a call from the dealer that he was not approve for the loan and he need to bring the vehicle back lol really who puts someone in a vehicle that has not been approved through a bank. Please be careful with these guys no one told us this nor was it in the paperwork.I should have read the reviews before I went back.

They buy cars from auction and rollback the odometers. I bought a truck from them they said had 136k on it went to trade it in and another dealer told me it has 260k on it. 14k for a truck that isn't worth 4k.

Tim Rowe never listened to me. His manager didn't listen. They lied about payments till the very last second. While doing paperwork he said they detailed my car. If so the detailers are a joke. Enough dog hair between seats to build a dog. Tim Rowe said he would work on getting a 2nd key and a manual and get in touch. Well 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to dealership and still nothing but maybe he just ignores messages. Conveniently Tim was not in office each time so had to leave a message. This experience makes me cringe at the thought of ever dealing with a dealership again. Think hard before you go here.
