This was my first time coming here to get my car service and my experience was amazing. I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was so nice.

This is the 2nd recall that we had taken care of. They handled it quickly and efficiently and even gave me a new loaner Jetta to drive overnight. Happy customers here!

The first time I got it from the service center.I drove it home and in less than 24 hours I had to call to get it towed back because all the lights came on.Meanwhile I paid near $2500 to get it fix the first time.Second time same thing happen they diagnosed it again and this time it cost$1200.Less than 24 hours again this time too the engine light came on.Now they want to charge $1500 to fix it this.POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and had to leave a message. Left a message on Chris VM...no return call. Called again and had to leave another message on someone else's VM. When I finally spoke to someone I requested to speak to the manager with in the service department and I expressed to him my disappointment and how I left messages and had to keep calling because no one returned my call. He told me that they were too busy to return customers call. Poor management and customer service.

Had my oil changed here recently. Was thinking I would be there a while and they were able to get me in and out in no time.
