My convertible top was stuck, would not go up or down. I made an appointment with Jonathan in the service department. As I was driving to my appointment, Jonathan phoned me. He knew an option for me to try myself. I found the button he told me about and Voila!! The top went down perfectly. I am grateful for Jonathan’s help, he went above and beyond his job description and helped me. I will continue to take my car to Lexus of Greenville.

Terrible service. Lied to, given so many excuses I can't count. Ripped insurance off. First $1200 then $4500 fot the same problem. Told us that they would help us with insurance claim, then turn around and told insurance that the problem was unrelated to the bump. Returned Lexus to us with a new problem and said it was unrelated. I would have expected much more from a dealership of this caliber. Rude, unhelpful, liers. Do yourself a favor, go to Acura, their service is fantastic.

My Mazda6 stopped switching gears while driving. Fred Anderson Mazda immediately took my car in, completed a full evaluation, and began repairs pretty quickly. The staff are kind and generous, and one provided transportation to the rental location free-of-charge. It was initially suggested that it may take quite some time before the car would be finished, but they finished in only a few days! My Mazda6 was well taken care of and now driving smoother than before.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I took my NV Cargo to another dealer and they were extremely low in the integrity department. Took it to Bob Richards Nissan and two hours later my van was repaired, under warranty. I have found my Nissan Dealership. Chris Martin, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with concerning my van problem. Jesse Sligh did a Fantastic job on the repairs. Johnny Royal, General Manager. They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and my vehicle.
