Came in to have my wife's Venza serviced, but I wandered into the sales department when Johnny Miller came to me asking if there was anything he could help me with. I had be looking for a Camry XLE with the premium plus package in a specific color, but could only find one of these at a dealership 225 miles away. Johnny said he would see what he could do. When he offered to order one, I told him I would need to have my wife see a Camrye and sit in one. Johnny produced a white Camry LE and said we could take it over to my house and show it to my wife. We did that and my wife and I were very impressed with Johnny's very thorough knowledge of the car. Johnny was extremely helpful, polite and always available throughout the purchase process and the exact car I wanted was ordered and it was even delivered early. This was the best car purchase experience I've ever had. And it was the best car salesman I've seen in my 27 car purchases I've been involved with in my lifetime.

And when he wasn’t available another handsome associate heard the urgency in my voice and made sure to not only bring my car around while I was in route for pick up but also turn the A/C on so it could be cool after I paid with Cole. The video of my vehicle from the technician and detailed invoice with option to wait or approve was a great touch ! Happy with my first service with Group 1 , look forward to more visits when needed !
