I am so thankful for Lugoff Ford! They diagnosed my truck's ECM problem in less than four hours, acquired the part the next day, and then fixed it the day after! I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford for any vehicle repairs!

I would recommend putting paper mats down on the floor when having any service completed to keep inside of my car clean and running it through the car wash would have been nice. Whenever I had my previous car serviced they always did those things. Over all the experience was good and I will def use it again.

The mechanics do a thorough analysis and let you know up front what needs to be addressed and how much it will cost. Very pleased with them so far! I want to thank both Charles in the service department and General Manager Lee Pryor for all of their help with taking care of both my wife and my son’s cars. They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Can’t thanks both of them for their fair and honest help in getting both cars repaired and taken care of in a timely and fair price. Thanks to Peter Boulwares staff for doing things the right way! Nice looking dealership, nice people but if you need service, OMG. I got a check engine light yesterday. This morning I tried to schedule service on their web site. The first time I could get was JULY 9, 2024, I month from now. I talked to a service adviser and was told to leave the car for several days and they would try to "fit it in". What good is a dealership that makes you wait 30 days to get service? I am very disappointed.

Customer Service out of the service department is awful which seems to agree with the ratings here. I requested an appointment on Monday and I've never been contacted to confirm a time. I used the chat feature the next day and they said I'd be contacted but never heard from them. Chatted with them again on Wed and still haven't heard from them.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. The Service Manager David D'Ambrosio and his Service Advisor Marcella Nelson are unprofessional to say the least. The big lesson learned about Hoover is that they disassociate themselves from representing Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep when something goes wrong. If your vehicle was serviced by any other dealer than Hoover they will not back the other dealer's work even though their building sports the logos of Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep on the building. 84 days and counting since I've seen my 2021 Ram.
