My car needed repairs, and they did an amazing job. First, they were able to schedule me to come in quickly. Second, they covered the repair under the warranty with no issues. Finally, they also provided me a courtesy service vehicle to drive while it was being repaired. All this made for a great experience.

We own a RAM 6.7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. I don’t trust anyone else to service our truck.

I am so thankful for Lugoff Ford! They diagnosed my truck's ECM problem in less than four hours, acquired the part the next day, and then fixed it the day after! I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford for any vehicle repairs!

I was traveling on vacation and had a problem with my car, which obviously can be stressful. I called Palmetto Ford Lincoln and spoke to their service dispatcher J Moody. What a friendly and understanding attitude he displayed. My car was taken into the shop and diagnosed and kept at the dealership overnight because they had to order a part. Mr. Moody arranged for transportation for me to my AB&B for the night and back to the dealership the next morning after the car was repaired. The shop not only repaired my car but performed service on a recall I had hoped to have done when I got home - and if that weren't enough he gave my car a quick wash before I arrived to pick it up. The repair cost was fair too. If I didn't live in another state I would be doing regular business with Mr Moody and the staff of Palmetto Ford Lincoln. It was an outstanding experience with compassionate people. They get my highest recommendation for superior customer service.

They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Recently purchased a new Escalade and was thrilled with the service. Today I brought it in for a car wash. I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took my keys and showed me to the very nice lounge. I was offered water and a coffee. While waiting on my car, the General Manager, AJ and Sales Associate, Cliff who I worked with two months ago, both saw me sitting and waiting. Despite both being with other customers, they made the effort to come by and check-in on how I was enjoying my new car. Highly recommended for sales and service.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. I'm very pleased with my entire experience. Very highly recommended.
