I set up an appointment to have brakes and rotors put on. The appointment was set up a week before the actual appointment. A few hours before my appointment, I get a call saying that they do not have my parts and asked if I want to reschedule. I said that the car is telling me my brakes are at the minimum thickness and needs to be serviced, so I ask to get the brakes done anyway and I am told they cannot to the brakes without the new rotors. Why were the parts not ordered when I set the appointment. I have been to this place for service approx. 4-6 times, and I have only left happy once (maybe). The main lady "Bonnie" never smiles and is always scowling. She should be fired immediately for her horrible customer service

Just Bought a used Outback for my daughter. Jim met us after hours, showed us all the cars we asked about and with no pressure let us look around his very nice inventory untill we found something we wanted. It was a little above our stated price range, but a real value - Jim had invoices for all his prep work and even called the mechanic to let me speak with him directly. Unless the doors fall off in the next coupla days, this will be by far the best car buying experience I have ever had... I've bought four cars via the net/ebay - sight unseen and they were all OK, but this was a real pleasure.

Service Team is amazing from the Service Tech up to the Manager. Do not let the "Newness" concern you. This team is very knowledgeable, and effective. Make sure that you bring your vehicle soon before the word gets out, and they become slammed with business! It is so great to have a repretable dealership in town again.

We have done business with this dealership for 45 years. We are very please with them and we are a Chevrolet Family. We never go to another dealership when we are ready to buy new cars. They are great to work with and the price is very good. The service department is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sale.

This past Friday evening my car had a "check oil alert." Nissan Service was closed, but Jordan & Cody at Coastal Chevrolet Service were kind enough to help me out to get me home and safely to the next day when I could get to Nissan Service. I arrive first thing in the am without an appointment and Jennifer was able to get my car checked out for me and the technician was able to resolve the problem. Everyone could not have been nicer or more helpful making a stressful situation come to an end sooner than later. Appreciated! ~ Susan Milne

Trying to get recalls done on my 2021 ram. Every time I call Conway Dodge in Conway south Carolina I get the next week run around. The parts will be here next week .The first time I asked about the recall was 6 June. I have called 3 times since then ,every time it's next week. I will never buy another dodge or anything at Conway Dodge. Crappy service department

On Mother's Day Sunday 2023 My (New/Used) Chevy Equinox brake system failed. I live out of town so I was getting stressed out. I called several repair places and all had a 5 to 10 days waiting list for repairs until I called Crews Chevy Monday morning. Vehicle was repaired within 24 hours and at the location I was treated with the utmost respect. I had Extended Warranty and they handled the process quick and fast.
