My Mazda6 stopped switching gears while driving. Fred Anderson Mazda immediately took my car in, completed a full evaluation, and began repairs pretty quickly. The staff are kind and generous, and one provided transportation to the rental location free-of-charge. It was initially suggested that it may take quite some time before the car would be finished, but they finished in only a few days! My Mazda6 was well taken care of and now driving smoother than before.

Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

Great auto repair service is hard to find nowadays,....especially from a Dealer. Anderson Ford defies this trend and provided me with highly courteous and responsive customer service on a major repair on my Ford Fusion. It was covered under mfg's warranty and they handled everything with Ford so that I did not have to tie up my time doing so. My repair was completed in a reasonable time frame as well. I will definitely use Anderson Ford again for any future repairs on my Fusion.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and had to leave a message. Left a message on Chris VM...no return call. Called again and had to leave another message on someone else's VM. When I finally spoke to someone I requested to speak to the manager with in the service department and I expressed to him my disappointment and how I left messages and had to keep calling because no one returned my call. He told me that they were too busy to return customers call. Poor management and customer service.

People are really helpful. Service was prompt and it was done in a timely manner. They forgot to turn off my tire rotation alert though.
