Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

I set up an appointment to have brakes and rotors put on. The appointment was set up a week before the actual appointment. A few hours before my appointment, I get a call saying that they do not have my parts and asked if I want to reschedule. I said that the car is telling me my brakes are at the minimum thickness and needs to be serviced, so I ask to get the brakes done anyway and I am told they cannot to the brakes without the new rotors. Why were the parts not ordered when I set the appointment. I have been to this place for service approx. 4-6 times, and I have only left happy once (maybe). The main lady "Bonnie" never smiles and is always scowling. She should be fired immediately for her horrible customer service
