Can’t say much about the dealership itself but I can talk about Jordan in the service department. Jordan has been outstanding!! He’s been kind and patient and without fail always does what he says he’s going to do.

After a routine oil change they failed to refill my wiper - AW

After a routine oil change they failed to refill my wiper fluid, so I went back for them to check everything. They refilled the fluid but the wipers would not work. I went back again for them to diagnose it. Then, they said they would get me a loaner car because it was a more intensive issue. It has been 2 months of me checking in every week and they have still failed to get me a loaner to fix this issue. Each time I call they say they will get one within the next couple days, but still no progress. It's been such a horrible display of customer service, and I do not feel safe driving around not being able to clean my windshields.

Took my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change back in May 2024 I wasn't having any kinds of problems just needed an oil change. They first come trying to sell me things that I knew had already been done. Then try selling me another vehicle. After all of that they decided to change my oil. I started noticing my oil light fading in and out a long time before time to be change. I checked the oil and there wasn't any in it. The oil stick was dry. I put oil in until it registered full. It happened again oil light fading in and out no oil. I called Kia and the guy told me that my motor was under warranty. We took it in and told them that we didn't want anything done to it other then to look at it and tell us what needed to be done. They changed the oil and charged us after telling them no. They said that they needed to do that and do a test after driving 1000 miles. Took it back in this morning and they told us that it wasn't under warranty for oil consumption. They knew that was the problem before taking in the first time. They didn't even check it this morning. I will never deal with Kia again and I will be reporting it. I pulled it up on Google and there have been alot of Kia vehicles to do the same as mine.

I would like to give a shout out to JT Kia and their employees. It says a lot when an employee goes above and beyond to help out a customer after hours. Bianca Turner is that employee. I highly recommend this dealership to take care of their customers.

I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the car and go inside to receive service. Instructions and expectations pertaining to the drop-off for warranty work was not adequately articulated. Thus I ended up leaving the car unexpectedly for several days. No courtesy vehicle service was available. I was told that Kia does not offer such a service. Overall communication with alleged service department professionals was a big bust!! 😔

Please extend accolades to Ray King for his exemplary customer service and knowledge of Kia vehicles. I had a service engine light come on my Kia Optima while driving to Winston-Salem. I stopped at your dealership, and Ray King assisted me with my concern. He was patient and thorough in making sure my car was safe to drive. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I also had an ac issue that would require a $140 diagnostic, which I turned down. Because it didn't include a repair, just 140 to tell what was wrong. The oil change, tire reotation cost $240..00 which included $150 in labor for 1 hours work. Outrageous!
