Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

I've always had great customer service with the team from Myrtle Beach Kia. Keith was the latest member of the sales team to help me. Keith took the time to help me resolve my issue with the clock on my Kia Niro. The clock kept resetting the time every time I charged the Niro. Keith just had me check daylight savings time on the setting page. I was checking another box as well. We then went and charged my Niro. After the charge the clock stayed set! Great job Keith!

Customer Service out of the service department is awful which seems to agree with the ratings here. I requested an appointment on Monday and I've never been contacted to confirm a time. I used the chat feature the next day and they said I'd be contacted but never heard from them. Chatted with them again on Wed and still haven't heard from them.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I also had an ac issue that would require a $140 diagnostic, which I turned down. Because it didn't include a repair, just 140 to tell what was wrong. The oil change, tire reotation cost $240..00 which included $150 in labor for 1 hours work. Outrageous!
