My service rep was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that I was a little taken back by was when I was given the cost prior to service it didn't include taxes. I was not expecting another $200 for my bill. Overall the service tech (Tim) was very helpful and easy to work with.

The solenoid closer which locks down the lift gate on my 2014 Durango was not working. It had already been replaced by another repair shop. Since they had inspected it and it would work off the vehicle, they referred me to the dealer. This dealer confirmed it was still defective and game me the choice of returning it or giving them the chance to repair it. Nick was patient and explained the situation. I appreciated him being forthcoming with my options

They’ve had my 14 Compass on and off for 3 months and problem is still not fixed and they refuse to give me a rental car even after returning it and it broke down on my Otw to picking up my kids. They also left me without a car during the hurricane Dorian evacuation leaving me and my kids stranded. They’re now saying it a new issue I’m going to have to pay for that they didn’t discover in past 3 months they’ve had it. Worst service ever
